“Hub that brings teams together”
Pros
Having CRM, project management and communication tools all in one platform makes a big difference. It cuts down on using several separate apps and keeps everything better connected in one place.
Cons
With so many features packed in, the platform can feel a bit overwhelming at first. The interface is not always very user friendly especially when you're just getting started.

“Task tools plus good communication”

The biggest plus for me is its strong project and task management features and it also works really well for team communication.
Cons
The downside is that it can take a while to learn and the interface sometimes feels a bit crowded.

“Setup was fast, support helpful”
Pros
Right from the start I find it very easy to use. The interface is user friendly and it's simple to customize it to fit the features we need. It's also very user friendly so new users can get around without much trouble. Another big plus is the customer service team as they respond quickly which has been especially helpful during deployment and anytime we've had questions.
Cons
I honestly don't have any complaints about it. It has been an excellent tool for our team and has worked out really well for us.

“Workflows give energy to the team”
Pros
It saves a lot of time, helps the team stay better organized and makes it much easier to track clients and projects efficiently. On top of that the automatic notifications and reminders are really useful for not missing important tasks and for keeping communication flowing consistently between team members.
Cons
Well the part I've liked least is that some features can feel complicated at the beginning especially for new users. The interface may come across as a bit confusing if you don't already have experience with integrated management platforms. Also some advanced options require a paid plan to use them fully which limits access to certain PRO tools.

“I always come back to this CRM!”
Pros
Even with the free plan changes, the core features are still strong. For a very small business on a tight budget, it doesn't feel as carefree as it used to which is a bit of a step back. Still it remains an incredibly capable tool and after trying plenty of other CRMs, this is the one I keep coming back to because nothing else really matches it.
Cons
The updates to the free version have been frustrating. In particular, it's no longer simple to keep track of how many GB of storage we've used so managing files now feels more like guesswork than something you can actually monitor properly.

“AI helps with daily selling”
Pros
The AI assistance has been really helpful, along with other features aimed at boosting sales which I'm still getting ready to use more in practice.
Cons
I'm still in the trial period for now and I'm hoping to discover some excellent surprises in the app that will help with my day to day work.

“Central hub for the team”
Pros
Everything works together nicely so it feels much more connected and convenient to manage work from a single platform.
Cons
At the same time getting started can feel a bit overwhelming. There are a lot of features and settings to go through so the learning curve can be fairly steep for new users.

“CRM priced fairly for businesses”
Pros
One central place for CRM and team communication makes a big difference. It keeps everything together in a single platform at a reasonable price. There are plenty of customization options which helps the software fit naturally into the business instead of feeling generic. It also comes with really useful tools for task management.
Cons
Being handy with it takes a while because the software is not very user friendly at first. Customer support could also be better since resolving issues in the system can sometimes take several days.

“Workspace built for real teamwork”
Pros
Having project management, communication and CRM together in a single platform gives it a lot of value. It's a practical option when you want everything organized in one place instead of jumping between different tools.
Cons
The platform also includes plenty of collaboration features like chat, tasks and file sharing. That setup helps keep discussions and work centralized which is especially useful when multiple departments need to stay connected.

“Great automation, older integrations show”
Pros
Task automation lightens up the daily workload and saves me time which lets me focus on more meaningful work instead. It also integrates with a lot of other apps which can make things even more efficient for a business although some integrations don't function properly or feel outdated.
Cons
At times the app crashes and logs me out which disrupts the workflow. I still have not reached out to customer support about fixing it. Support on the app can also feel limited and they usually point users to FAQ or help pages instead of offering more personalized assistance.

“Scales well and stays dependable”
Pros
It has been very dependable and scales well as needs grow. It manages complex work without falling apart and does a good job of making task workflows more organized and manageable. Another plus is the wide range of services it includes especially the communication tools which make it more useful as an all in one platform.
Cons
Getting started with it can be tough for beginners because the setup is fairly complex. The pricing can also feel expensive especially for smaller businesses with tighter budgets.

“Lots of features to explore”
Pros
Bitrix24 gave us a lot to work with thanks to its wide range of features. Most of the interface felt user friendly and getting around the platform was fairly simple.
Cons
Compared with other CRM tools I've used, the CRM side didn't feel quite as capable. That said, it still handled what we needed it to do well enough.

Pros
It's really simple to use and brings together everything you need to organize clients in a single platform. The CRM is excellent and offers a huge number of options.
Cons

“Flexible enough for most teams”
Pros
Bitrix24 is quite user friendly once you start using it, even though a lot of the terminology is very US-oriented. The flexibility of the product is something I really appreciate.
Cons
Getting used to its workflow took some time and the terminology didn't help with that. The AI assistant also seems pretty complex to use.

“Project teams might feel mixed”
Pros
Collaboration between coworkers works well for project management and the customization options are amazing. The interface is there and once the workflow is set up properly, it can be quite efficient.
Cons
The value for the price doesn't really feel worth it. It's not very user friendly and organizing tasks can get complicated when you're trying to make the system work efficiently.

“Enjoyable workspace with good custom options”
Pros
Right away the layout felt well thought out. There's a lot of room to customize it and setting goals or keeping my tasks organized is really easy. Also it is interactive which makes it genuinely enjoyable to use.
Cons
After using it for a while I honestly have not come across anything I actively dislike about it. If I had to point out one thing, I'd say it would be nice to have more free options for editing the page.

“Practical tools that save time”
Pros
Getting into the platform is very convenient. It offers a variety of tools and has helped me expand my team in different ways by improving access to information and giving me better control over people and companies.
Cons
Up to this point I still have not identified a specific audience for its use. Even so, it has already been helping me a lot with its full set of tools and the convenient access it provides for my work.

“Platform fell apart, support gone”
Pros
Honestly there's very little here that stands out. Most of the features are things you can already get from plenty of other top software options on the market.
Cons
After using it since last year my impression has gotten much worse over the past few months especially recently. The platform feels neglected, almost as if real support staff were replaced by a useless AI. Getting help now takes days sometimes even weeks. We've had a card merging issue sitting unresolved for more than a month. Updates and changes happen without any notice which forces us to keep relearning workflows and finding workarounds. Instead of solving problems, the system often creates new ones. CRM cards can't be deleted and since merging is also broken, we had to build a separate column just to isolate cards that should be merged or removed. On top of that automations don't pull refreshed phone numbers or updated contact names so whenever we fix someone's details, we end up creating a brand-new card just to avoid automated messages going out with the wrong information. We also keep running into WhatsApp connection problems. At first we assumed Meta was responsible but it turns out the issue is on its side. We've already started looking at other platforms to move our whole operation over. It'll be a huge job but at this point it seems worth doing.

“Many tools but feels overwhelming”
Pros
Having sales, marketing, project management and internal communication together on a single platform is really useful because it cuts down the need to juggle a bunch of separate tools.
Cons
At the same time the platform is pretty complex, with so many features that it can feel overwhelming. The interface is sometimes confusing and the limited fine-tuned customization can end up slowing work down instead of making things simpler.
