“Good All-in-One Business Platform”

The interface can feel a bit crowded at first, and some features take time to learn.

“Dashboard alerts keep me focused”

Pros

Right away the dashboard stood out because the movable cards make everything user friendly and convenient to use on any device. The platform is clear, well structured and lets you store a large amount of information without feeling messy. It also comes loaded with extra features that make it useful in a lot of different ways. Automatic reminders for upcoming deadlines are a really helpful finishing touch.

Cons

At this point I'm very satisfied overall. It seems to have plenty of additional features that I still have not discovered or started using yet. More guidance especially through simple video tutorials, would make it even better.

“Everything my business needs now”

Pros

Having so many business tools in one platform was the biggest advantage for me. The CRM, task management, team communication and project tracking features kept everything organized so there was no need to juggle multiple separate systems.

Cons

There's a lot packed into the platform which is definitely a plus but it can be a bit overwhelming at the beginning. It took a while to figure out where everything was and how to really use all the tools effectively.

“Team workspace done right”

Pros

The thing I like is having communication, tasks, file sharing and other collaboration tools brought together in one workspace which is really helpful. It works especially well as a central hub when handling a few tasks at once or coordinating with team members.

Cons

Because the system is packed with features, there are quite a few elements to learn at first. The interface can also feel a bit cluttered when multiple modules are being used at the same time.

“Toolkit that actually gets used”

Pros

I mostly relied on it for CRM, task tracking and team communication and the fact that everything is linked together saved me a lot of time. The automation tools come in handy and the customization options are quite impressive once you get familiar with the system. Considering how much is included, it delivers strong value.

Cons

There's definitely a learning curve since the platform offers such a wide range of features. For someone new, the number of settings and menus can feel a bit overwhelming and the interface sometimes seems crowded. The initial setup also requires some patience if you want to tailor the workflows properly.

“Collaboration hub that just works”

Pros

Well having CRM, project management, task tracking, team chat, document sharing and workflow automation all in one place is a big advantage. The platform offers an impressive range of business collaboration tools and the customization options are strong enough to adapt to different needs. Also it makes it possible to handle multiple business processes without relying on several separate apps.

Cons

Because there are so many features packed into the platform, the interface can feel a bit overwhelming at first especially for new users. Some of the more advanced settings come with a learning curve and performance can slow down from time to time when handling large volumes of data. Customer support is helpful overall but reply times are not always consistent.

“Sales hub with real power”

Pros

Bitrix24 helped us handle lead management better by highlighting the most valuable opportunities first. It looks like a complete package because it brings CRM, marketing, sales and customer communication together in one place and the automation features add even more value.

Cons

Up to this point I have not run into any major problems with it. That said, the interface can feel confusing when you're just getting started and the advanced reporting tools aren't always as accurate as I'd expect.

“Team coordination finally clicks here”

Pros

Having chats, tasks, calendars and project management connected in one place makes it really practical for day to day work. It covers collaboration, task tracking, communication and workflow coordination in a single platform which helps keep teams organized and on the same page. There's a broad set of features available and it supports many different business processes without needing to jump between multiple tools.

Cons

A part that still seems less convenient is setting up recurring tasks. The option exists through task templates but it would be much more user friendly if a task could be made recurring right from the task creation or edit screen. That would make regular activities like attendance tracking, routine check-ins, recurring reports and reminder-based tasks much simpler to manage.

“Keeps everyone on the same page”

Pros

It brings together the tools needed for operational, administrative and document management in one platform. That makes information easier to control, improves coordination across teams and cuts down on the need to work with multiple separate systems.

Cons

Setting up and assigning KPIs and SLAs can feel a bit difficult in certain processes. It takes time to learn and fine-tune so it fits the specific needs of each organization and delivers efficient tracking.

“Tracking and teamwork together nicely”

Pros

it ranks among the leading project management platforms thanks to its user friendly workflow, strong collaboration tools and reliable task tracking capabilities.

Cons

At the same time the interface can come across as crowded and a bit overwhelming especially when you're new to it. Because there are so many features packed in, getting comfortable with the system takes time. The mobile app also seems less user friendly than the desktop version for some users. Setup and customization can be fairly time-consuming, particularly for smaller teams and performance may slow down now and then when handling larger volumes of data. On top of that some of the more advanced features are locked behind higher-tier plans.

“So many helpful tools inside”

Pros

There's a huge amount of functionality here. It never looks like something important is missing and if anything there are so many options that you end up turning off or skipping features you don't even need.

Cons

This is the most capable CRM I've used so far. Support responds quickly, the partner program is helpful and it's possible to get everything working for your needs without spending days figuring out the system.

“Design and automation work well”

Pros

The platform is very easy to use, with a visual design that makes everything clearer and more practical day to day. It's versatile, user friendly and the automations are very useful for saving time. Technical support has also been a strong point whenever help is needed.

Cons

One thing still missing is some native development for a more sales-oriented customer management system. For example, having a map with geolocation for selected clients to build visit routes would make it much more complete.

“Workflows feel natural and helpful”

Pros

Using it is not a hassle overall although with a few processes I still need to figure out whether I have to reassign the responsible person to remove them from my task list.

Cons

The chat is the least practical part for me. I don't really like that it doesn't open in its own screen the way other options do, like webmail or tasks. A pop-up window when someone messages you would be more useful for replying right away than just getting a notification but that's just my personal view.

“Custom workflows that actually deliver”

Pros

Having everything under one roof is the part I value most about it since I don't have to keep bouncing between different tools all day. Leads, follow-ups and tasks are all in one place so my workday seems more structured and a lot less scattered. Once I spent a little time with it, the system started to feel much more user friendly. It seems packed at first but after getting used to it, switching between leads, activities and views like Kanban or List is pretty natural. The flexibility is another big plus. It doesn't lock you into a fixed setup so you can tailor pipelines, fields and workflows to fit the way you actually work and that makes a noticeable difference in day to day use. On top of that the built-in automation cuts down repetitive tasks like reminders and follow-ups which leaves more time for actual outreach. Also I think the interface does a good job of keeping key information visible like contact details and activity history, without making me open a bunch of separate tabs and that really helps during busy stretches.

Cons

At the same time getting started with it can feel a bit overwhelming. There's a lot packed into the platform so it's pretty easy to feel lost at first or slow yourself down just trying to locate everything. Parts of the interface can also come across as cluttered which makes some simple actions take longer than they really should. Another frustration is that certain customizations and automations are not always as quick to configure as I expected and sometimes even small changes mean digging through settings or following several steps. It's definitely a powerful system but that level of complexity can get in the way when you just want to work quickly.

“Great customization for the price”

Pros

Compared with other CRM and project management platforms out there, this is easily one of the most budget friendly options on the market right now. The amount of customization available is on another level which makes it especially valuable for an SME like ours. I've also had the chance to work closely with both the product team and several clients during implementation and that experience has added to the overall value.

Cons

Having everything gathered in one platform can feel a bit overwhelming at times especially at the beginning because there is definitely a learning curve. I'd also like to see fewer menu items or more ways to simplify the interface when I want to keep things cleaner.

“CRM meets team collaboration well”

Pros

It works really well when the goal is to bring CRM, team collaboration, tasks and client communication together in a single workspace. The combination of CRM and collaboration was especially valuable to me because it makes everything feel more organized and cuts down on having to manage information manually across spreadsheets and emails.

Cons

One area that could be better is the learning curve. The platform is still useful but as workflows get more specific, the configuration decisions and governance start to matter a lot if you want to avoid adding unnecessary complexity.

“Platform does it all decently”

Pros

Bitrix24 is incredibly comprehensive. It brings everything together in one place which really improves the way customer management, processes and daily operations are handled. The platform goes far beyond a traditional CRM, making it possible to organize nearly every part of the business in an efficient way.

Cons

There are no major downsides to mention. That said because it is such a complete and powerful platform, it can feel a bit complex at first. It takes some time to understand all the features but once you get the hang of it, everything becomes much more efficient and natural to manage.

“Workspace that covers all bases”

Pros

Using CRM, task management, communication and plenty of other features in one place is the biggest advantage for me. It's a very capable platform that can take the place of several separate tools which really helps when you want to keep workflows centralized.

Cons

Getting started with it can feel pretty complicated and a bit overwhelming especially if you're new to the platform. The interface isn't always the most user friendly and setting everything up or customizing it the way you need can take a while.

“Complete platform, surprisingly easy overall”

Pros

An excellent platform with plenty of tools available. It's perfect for keeping all appointments and tasks well organized. There are lots of features and it is very user friendly and fast to use.

Cons

The smartphone version looks a bit small and isn't as comfortable to view as it is on a PC but overall there aren't any major downsides that make it disappointing.

“Works across so many fields”

Pros

It's a very versatile solution that can be customized for different industries and business types without requiring an overly long implementation period.

Cons

One downside is that the desktop version doesn't update automatically so updates have to be downloaded manually which makes using the application more difficult. The Standard plan should also include broader automation capabilities because it feels too limited as it is.
