Promising start with it

Pros

It is easy to get started with as all the steps are clear and the best thing to me is that it is specially designed for franchise networks with a well-organized candidate section.

Cons

Not being able to view candidate profiles between development managers can be a bit of an issue in our daily operations.

Multifunctional tool

Pros

I love having a tool that brings together so many elements like a directory, knowledge base etc and allows me to choose modules based on my specific needs.

Meets all the needs

Pros

Being able to share information with franchisees is something that save me a lot of time and I can also run surveys. Plus the ability to complete audits directly through the app is a huge bonus.

Cons

I have nothing negative to mention so far as it was only implemented in early March.

Support is outstanding

Pros

It is great to have everything centralized. Plus the ability to keep track of different projects easily is something I like the most about it.

Cons

One issue I noticed is that absence of a Dutch version.

Very satisfied with the service

Pros

Cerca software support is the best as they always abswer quickly and resolve any issue we come across. Also the ease of use and the overall design make it great to work with.

Cons

I feel like the project tracking feature could use some slight improvements as it requires going back through conversations to find templates.

Great fit for small networks

Pros

The simple setup process and personalized support tailored to my needs make it so easy to use.

Cons

There are a few minor issues like the lack of automatic spell-check in messages. But all this is not that serious to make us switch to some other tool.

Simplifies my day-to-day tasks

Pros

Cerca software gives us all the essential tools in one software saving us from long and tedious programming tasks with our webmasters.

Cons

Nothing as such which I count as a con but keep in mind that the initial setup is quite detailed to fully use the potential. So you will have to invest some time here.

Pros

All the features it has are amazing. And I really like how easy it is to get in touch with the support team.

Cons

In my opinion the dashboard needs more development as it would be useful to have the option to calculate averages.

Definitely recommend it!

Pros

Not only is it easy to use but it is also highly customizable. Plus it helps us manage tasks efficiently and the best thing about it is the great support and training provided.

Cons

No complaints to share but I think the design could be improved for better menu visibility.
