Being able to share information with franchisees is something that save me a lot of time and I can also run surveys. Plus the ability to complete audits directly through the app is a huge bonus.

Cerca software support is the best as they always abswer quickly and resolve any issue we come across. Also the ease of use and the overall design make it great to work with.
Cons
I feel like the project tracking feature could use some slight improvements as it requires going back through conversations to find templates.
