You really need proper training and ongoing support which was not available when I first signed up.

My favorite features are getting a text when a potential customer visits my website and seeing their name pop up on my phone when they call me back.
Cons
I do not like that our emails go straight to the junk folder for AOL, Yahoo and Hotmail users, plus some do not even receive them at all. I tested this myself with test accounts on all three services.

The database is user friendly and generally simple to navigate which I like the most about it.
Cons
The system does not connect us directly to the client and the dialer is difficult and clunky to use.

CINC CRM lead management and communication tools have helped me build a reliable and steady flow of income.
Cons
Sometimes the volume of leads makes it hard for us to keep up with contacting everyone which can feel overwhelming on top of all my other real estate duties.

Pros
The system is easy for both our team and our clients to use. We also get an amazing support from our excellent account representative.
Cons
We cannot block leads who are not interested but keep browsing our site. Also the mortgage calculator is inaccurate because it does not include taxes in the payment estimate.

Pros
I really like the fast responses to my questions and how user friendly the product is to use.
Cons
The system marks a contact's email as unresponsive if they do not reply within six months. Thats frustrating because many of my leads are not ready to buy for a year or more.

I am a big fan of the organized CRM and the attractive website designs. The team is also constantly improving the quality of leads and the experience for both agents and clients.
Cons
The subscription fee is too high. I would prefer to put that money directly into advertising instead.

It is great for distributing leads to agents and it's a powerful tool for finding new clients and the leads usually come with detailed information about what they are searching for.
Cons
Well the information I get from the inside sales agents is not always accurate. I have had calls transferred to me where the person is not even interested in buying or selling.

I feel like there is nothing good about paying a huge amount of money every month and receiving absolutely no value back.
Cons
The lead quality is very poor. Most of the information I receive is bad and I have never managed to book a single showing from a lead. It feels like a complete waste of money.

Pros
The support team is responsive and very knowledgeable and since they are based in Atlanta, they all understood the specifics of my local real estate market.
Cons
It seems like they focus too much on adding new features to the app instead of improving the main purpose such as generating quality leads and helping us engage with them. For example a mobile app is nice but most real work is still done on a laptop or tablet.

Pros
The seamless link between the website and the client management system is my favorite part.
Cons
I would love to see more training resources for the website, better support and more flexible options. Better integration with Mojo would also be a huge help. Also the script training has not changed since I began and I wish there were different learning levels. A user forum to share tips and strategies would be really beneficial too.
