Pros
CINC CRM customer support is absolutely the best. They have been incredibly patient, working with me until I fully understand how to use the system and achieve success.
Cons
Getting started can feel a bit overwhelming and it takes some time to build up our confidence and see real results.

Pros
The CRM is packed with helpful tools and I really like the automated alerts for new properties.
Cons
As per me the cost is too high especially when so many other services offer similar features for much less. The client-facing website templates also are not very modern or appealing and for this price, we should have access to more professional, updated designs to represent our business online.

Pros
I love that I can call anyone in my database with one click and that my notes sync instantly.
Cons
Manually adding new leads is not very user friendly and the system forces us to include a phone number every single time.

Pros
The lead quality has been excellent. I have managed to get in touch with the vast majority of them.
Cons
One thing I noticed is that the templates are a bit difficult to navigate and the search function could be more user-friendly.

It generates a high volume of leads. I also get a lot of use from the automated email campaigns and the AI assistant.
Cons
The price is my biggest issue. Also while the home valuation tool is a nice feature, we need the ability to adjust the estimates ourselves, not just the homeowner. Even the numbers are often inaccurate and we cannot help clients correct them. Plus we should have permission to make those modifications.

Pros
the built-in dialer and getting text notifications when a lead is active online are proven incredibly useful for us.
Cons
the dialer sometimes freezes up and I have to refresh the page to get it working again.

“Impressive platform for lead management
Pros
Having all the lead contact information in one place is a huge help. I also find the ability to log conversation details and notes extremely valuable for staying productive and coordinating with agents.
Cons

The platform is so user friendly. We also really like all the tagging options and how simple it is to search for and find different types of leads.
Cons
I wish the automated workflows were easier to configure and launch. It is also frustrating that the tracking for these automations has a time limit and expires.

It is pretty easy to use and comes with every feature we could want. I even love all the different methods for searching and finding specific leads in the database.

Pros
The AI-powered follow-up is excellent and the whole system is simple to operate. Plus I really like the detailed contact profiles and the ability to set up custom home alerts for my clients.
Cons
We receive a lot of leads that do not seem genuine. So there should be a more thorough screening process before leads are passed on to us.

Pros
Personally, I think the lead generation tools are powerful, especially the integrated websites and landing pages for capturing new contacts. The interface is also clean, user friendly and easy to navigate.
Cons
Getting immediate help is not always possible and it can take up to a day to resolve a problem. I would also prefer to have more control to customize the site for my business without needing permission from my account manager.

Pros
I love having everything in one place, lead generation, AI tools, CRM and all the people who make it work. The team treats me like family rather than just another dollar sign which means a lot. It flows smoothly and I can easily pull in leads from other sources without any hassle. My client care manager NICH is absolutely incredible and goes above and beyond.
Cons
The price is very high but I guess you really do get what you pay for with all the features included.

The CRM functionality is fantastic and having all my leads organized in one place really streamlines everything. Plus the built in dialer is a game changer for making calls efficiently and getting through my contact list quickly.
Cons
The mobile app can be very glitchy and makes phone calls difficult, so I end up having to switch to my laptop for dialing most of the time.

The entire team really knows their stuff and went way beyond what I expected in terms of service quality and how they treat customers.
Cons
The recording feature is missing and there's no group texting or flyer content available. You can't send images through the messaging system either. The AI isn't smart enough when it comes to buyer/seller psychology and it just doesn't get the strategic side of sales. Customer service expertise is lacking too. What really bugs me is that the first text always asks people to stop notifications even when we're not sending bulk messages. That's just annoying and unprofessional.

The lead quality here is consistently solid which keeps me busy engaging with prospects from everywhere. My account manager deserves credit and they're always there when I need them and check in regularly without being pushy. The dashboard makes sense and doesn't overcomplicate things, helping me stay connected with so many potential clients. What I really appreciate is how the automated follow-up handles the routine stuff, giving me more time for actual appointments. This platform helped me break into the top 100 nationwide for my brokerage which speaks volumes about its effectiveness.
Cons
I spend way too much time dialing numbers that don't work or lead nowhere. It's frustrating when you talk to dozens of potential buyers and only one actually converts that's just the reality of this business though. The phone number quality could really use some improvement since I'm constantly hitting dead ends. Building up a solid pipeline takes months of consistent effort, so don't expect instant results. Sometimes I feel like I'm spinning my wheels with all the cold calling, but I guess that's part of the grind.

“Functional with Some Effort Required

It's honestly one of the few investments in my real estate business that actually delivered results. It's not exactly user friendly at first and you really need to dedicate time to learning the system and stay consistent with how you use it. Plus, there's ongoing training required. But if you're the right type of agent or team, the ROI is definitely worth it. The company offers excellent training programs and events that really help you master the platform effectively.
Cons
Without proper planning and practice, it becomes way too pricey. We only use it for collecting raw Google PPC leads and skip the transaction features since our brokerage has something more integrated. You need really tech savvy agents and the onboarding process takes forever. Some team members just wont touch it. Better to focus on agents who'll actually embrace it rather than forcing everyone.

“Great tool for boosting team productivity
Pros
The training we got from CINC at the start was really helpful and it got our whole team comfortable with the system pretty quickly. The Google advertising has been fantastic, bringing in lots of qualified leads that our agents are actually connecting with and converting to clients.
Cons
The transition from our previous CRM has been bumpy ,some workflows just don't flow as smoothly as what we're accustomed to, though we're adapting and the benefits far outweigh these hiccups.

“Avoid This Platform at All Costs
Pros
The leadership team seemed to care about the problems we were dealing with which was reassuring. However, I was a bit let down that they didn't take the right steps to fix the issues.
Cons
From day one, it has been nothing but frustrating. The onboarding was rushed, leaving our administrative team with zero training. We were basically signed up and thrown into a system that was incorrectly set up by there team and it took months to sort out the issues. Our implementation manager scheduled weekly check-ins but these meetings felt pointless. Even during implementation calls, we were always told to direct questions to customer service, only to hear that the setup was flawed something they had messed up from the start. We were promised our monthly advertising budget would secure top placement on Google, yet months later, we're still stuck on page 2 or 3. The leads we recieve are always clueless about why we're calling, it's obvious the information collected isn't accurate or verified. Out of around 250 leads, not a single one has been valuable. To make matters worse, we recently experienced a complete stop in lead generation for about a month. When we reached out, customer service discovered our advertising had been turned off without our knowledge for weeks. It took escalating to higher management before we finally got answers. This experience has been a series of unfulfilled promises and lack of accountability. I wouldn't recommend this lead system to anyone looking for reliable lead generation. It's been more of a headache than help and I'm extremely disappointed. We asked to buy our way out of the contract but the only option was paying the remainder THOUSANDS of dollars down the drain. We're a small business trying to stay afloat in the new real estate industry and hoped we'd found a company that would uphold its promises. In the end, all they care about is getting contracts signed and collecting money, they don't care about client success. I would never recommend this product to anyone in real estate and honestly wish I had read reviews first.
