“dashboard features are top-notch
Pros
The pipeline view and lead dashboard are my favorite features. They help me stay organized and give me a clear view of who I need to contact and when.
Cons
Well the appointment system does not work well for me. After I meet with clients, I cannot mark the appointment as completed or add notes as it just shows as expired. So I need a way to confirm it happened and log the details.

“Phenomenal ROI
Pros
I saw a return on my investment just three months after joining. The team and the support you get are phenomenal. In short I have absolutely no regrets about signing up.
Cons
My only regret is that I did not start using this platform sooner.

“Database Filled with Empty Records
Pros
The CRM functionality alone justifies the cost. It brings together some really smart, simple features in a clean interface that's easy to use. I'm particularly impressed with the reverse prospecting capability that lets you match properties to people in your database.
Cons
The lead generation approach feels pretty scattered and ineffective. There are other companies providing similar services but they actually scrub the leads first which saves me tons of time as a busy agent. I shouldn't have to spend forever trying to qualify weak Facebook and Google leads and I've literally spent as much time qualifying these leads as I do with my own cold calls. For what I'm paying, the value just isnt there. Its way easier to just hire a VA to clean up my Facebook and Google leads and only pass along the ones ready to talk.

Pros
CINC CRM's simplicity, the helpful customer service and my dedicated account representative are all top-notch.
Cons
The leads are often low-quality and the overall trajectory seems to be getting worse.

“Incredibly useful reminders
Pros
I find the reminders, built-in calendar and the ability to see which homes a potential buyer has viewed incredibly useful.

I cannot include more than ten property listings in a single email to a client and its a bit frustratingg

My favorite part is connecting with people who are genuinely motivated to buy or sell and are looking for my expertise to guide them.
Cons
It is a waste of time when leads have fake or invalid email addresses and phone numbers as it makes it impossible for us to contact them.

This lead system generates more contacts than any other I've tried. The initial results were so impressive, they were hard to believe at first.
Cons
As an agent, I cannot use the home valuation tool directly like I have to pretend to be a lead to get a property's estimated value.

The team's communication and the general support are what impress me the most, they're always helpful and responsive.
Cons
I do not have any complaints now. I used to mention the issue with low-quality leads but they have started filtering them better.

I use the dialer, message templates and the appointment scheduler and I like seeing when a lead is active online.
Cons
