Pros
I like being able to email large groups at once. The group edit feature for Projects has helped me finish tasks faster. I also like instantly seeing a contact's emails and projects when I look them up.
Cons
After moving from our old system, we ended up with duplicate contacts when people changed jobs. When we try to merge them, it combines their projects but messes up their account history. We also have other problems such as changing a contacts company does not sync properly so we needed a separate email field because the main one does not show up in projects and the title field like Mr. or Ms. is only visible on the main contact page.

“Pretty simple for everyday CRM use”
Pros
It is a CRM I use every day and find it pretty simple. It is also easy to track notes, upload new leads and sort them into categories.
Cons
The mobile app used to be awful. A recent major update made it somewhat usable but it is still confusing to get around. Also it is too easy to mislabel customers or leads and once you do, they become very difficult to find again.

Pros
I love that I can export data, adjust columns for my needs and create custom views.
Cons
In my opinion the system is complex. My custom column layouts do not always save and I wish the history log showed exact dates and times for activities instead of just 2 weeks ago.

“Surprisingly easy to learn!”
Pros
Umm I started using ClaritySoft in February when I joined the company and it was surprisingly easy to learn as a new user. The interface is basic and I really like how it helps me track my tasks and stay organized without feeling swamped.
Cons
A minor drawback I noticed is the lack of automatic sync with Outlook for incoming client emails. So having that would make things much smoother.

Pros
I like how easily it connects to my email, lets me review past opportunities and activities and allows me to filter which team members data I can see.
Cons
It is a bit annoying to have to enter account names for every new activity. I also dislike having to stop in the middle of creating a new sales opportunity to add a new contact's details to an account.

My favorite part of it is how user-friendly it is. Also I love its organization and how information is presented in a clear, well-structured layout.
Cons
One of my least favorite part is the poor integration with ADP. I wish data entered into Clarity would automatically transfer over instead of requiring us to manually re-enter everything in ADP though that's likely more ADP's fault.

Pros
Its flexibility is a huge plus. Also it is really simple to customize the system to our company's specific needs and once set up it is fast and easy for everyone to use.
Cons
The import and export tools can be clunky to use. Because of this we often choose to update records by hand instead of dealing with bulk spreadsheet uploads.

“The best CRM”
Pros
We moved from a very outdated, clunky CRM to Claritysoft. It has been proven the best for our new hires and has some great features for our mid-sized K-12 tutoring company. The interface is clean too and tasks that were a pain in our old system are now much simpler.
Cons
I miss having tabbed browsing within the system to easily switch between our student list, their parent contacts and tutor projects. If I open a second browser tab for these tasks, It can get slow. Our old CRM was clunkier but handled switching between these workflows more smoothly. That said it is better in almost every other way.

Claritysoft softwares service and support is superb. Whenever I need help, I know I can just make a phone call or send an email. The team is knowledgeable and genuinely cares about me both as a person and as a customer.
Cons

From my first demo with their team, I knew this system was the right fit for our company. I needed something I could fully personalize and adapt as our company grows, without depending on external support. The system is incredibly simple to use, each user can customize their views and managing admin tasks is easy. Customer service was responsive and helpful during setup, and the Help Feature is simple to use, though I rarely need it because the system is so straightforward. Overall, I'm really happy with Claritysoft.
Cons
The only thing that comes to mind is that alerts come through as emails rather than pop-ups like in Teams or Outlook. Honestly, there's nothing I've found that raises any concerns or wishes.
