Easy to setup, use and manage+

Pros

The level of customization is impressive as it allows me to integrate Sales, CRM and IT Support. I can also drive lead generation through emails.

Cons

It took a while to adjust my system to the exact behaviors I needed after implementation.

Pros

Ease of use and the clarity of the screens and layout stand out to me.

Cons

There is nothing that I dislike about this software. One feature I did like is the ability to sort the dashboards but I understand updates may address this issue.
