Cons
It took me a little while to learn the system but once I got comfortable, I really enjoyed how user-friendly it is.

“Smooth switch to a user-friendly CRM”
Pros
Switching from our old CRM to Claritysoft was incredibly smooth. Also it is very user-friendly. We also love how the Accounts, Contacts and Opportunities sections all integrate seamlessly.
Cons
I do not like that our email marketing tool, Engage does not sync with the CRM. We would love to create tasks for the team based on how our email campaigns are performing.
