Offers the best support

Pros

Claritysoft platform is user-friendly and the support team is the best. Whenever we needed to adjust some CRM features, they were very helpful and made the system work better for us.

Cons

I do not have any complaints at the moment. If I ever did have an issue, I am confident they would do whatever it takes to resolve it.

perfect for task management

More like an advanced contact list than a CRM

Pros

I found it simple to learn and was able to get the hang of it on my own. The customization options are also good.

Cons

It feels more like an advanced contact list than a full CRM system. We can store contacts, accounts and log activities but it does not compare to a platform like Salesforce if that's what you're used to.

smooth task and client management

Pros

Moving between different client accounts is really smooth. I also like that it keeps a history of completed tasks while letting me plan future ones.

Cons

Since I send most emails through Outlook, I have to manually log each one in the tool using the plugin. So I wish there was a more automatic way to track these emails as completed activities.

Awesome customization!

Pros

I can change how the system looks and works by myself. I can also add new information fields and create automatic rules all without needing to ask a tech expert for help which is awesome.

Cons

With support teams in the US and India, there can be a delay in initial responses due to our location in Australia. However once they start working on a ticket, the service is outstanding.

Pretty easy to get up to speed

Pros

Getting up to speed with Claritysoft CRM was pretty easy. I have only had a couple of questions since I started and they were quickly resolved.

Cons

Perfect tool!

Pros

I like this software as it makes it very simple to handle my face to face meetings and track potential deals.

Cons

Top-notch support

Pros

Moving between different sections is easy and accessing reports is pretty simple too. Also the customer support for solving issues is top-notch.

Cons

High-quality product at a reasonable price

Pros

I found this platform user friendly and simple to operate. The initial setup was also not a problem and importing data was clear. The support team is fantastic too as they are very knowledgeable and always go the extra mile. The sales staff actually listen and do not push unsuitable solutions. I must say it is a high-quality product at a reasonable price with only the useful features and no unnecessary clutter. I feel heard and appreciated by everyone from sales to support. In short it is the best purchase we have made in a long time.

Cons

Sometimes the help guides are for an older version of the software but the system is usually easy enough to figure out on my own. And if I get really stuck, their excellent support team helps me out right away.

Simple and highly customizable interface

Pros

We really like the clean, simple interface and how much we can customize it. We were able to start quickly and adapt the modules for our specific workflow. It brought great organization to managing our clients and leads and we able to set up a quoting system inside the CRM that cut down our quote processing time significantly. The support team is also outstanding as they are quick, expert and truly helpful.

Cons

Customizing the sales and quote templates was less user friendly than we expected, so we needed help from support to set them up. But we are just glad their team was available to guide us through the process.

This is a great tool for our team to work together and we love being able to see a quick summary of what others have done with a client record like emails, notes, deals and leads.

Cons

We want to use different email signature banners for different marketing campaigns but adding and importing these new signatures is a difficult and complicated process.

Smooth switch to a user-friendly CRM

Pros

Switching from our old CRM to Claritysoft was incredibly smooth. Also it is very user-friendly. We also love how the Accounts, Contacts and Opportunities sections all integrate seamlessly.

Cons

I do not like that our email marketing tool, Engage does not sync with the CRM. We would love to create tasks for the team based on how our email campaigns are performing.

Pros

My favorite thing is how well-organized the system is and how simple the interface is to navigate.

Cons

a mess for contact data

Pros

I like being able to email large groups at once. The group edit feature for Projects has helped me finish tasks faster. I also like instantly seeing a contact's emails and projects when I look them up.

Cons

After moving from our old system, we ended up with duplicate contacts when people changed jobs. When we try to merge them, it combines their projects but messes up their account history. We also have other problems such as changing a contacts company does not sync properly so we needed a separate email field because the main one does not show up in projects and the title field like Mr. or Ms. is only visible on the main contact page.

Pretty simple for everyday CRM use

Pros

It is a CRM I use every day and find it pretty simple. It is also easy to track notes, upload new leads and sort them into categories.

Cons

The mobile app used to be awful. A recent major update made it somewhat usable but it is still confusing to get around. Also it is too easy to mislabel customers or leads and once you do, they become very difficult to find again.

Pros

I love that I can export data, adjust columns for my needs and create custom views.

Cons

In my opinion the system is complex. My custom column layouts do not always save and I wish the history log showed exact dates and times for activities instead of just 2 weeks ago.

Surprisingly easy to learn!

Pros

Umm I started using ClaritySoft in February when I joined the company and it was surprisingly easy to learn as a new user. The interface is basic and I really like how it helps me track my tasks and stay organized without feeling swamped.

Cons

A minor drawback I noticed is the lack of automatic sync with Outlook for incoming client emails. So having that would make things much smoother.

Easy connection to email and team data

Pros

I like how easily it connects to my email, lets me review past opportunities and activities and allows me to filter which team members data I can see.

Cons

It is a bit annoying to have to enter account names for every new activity. I also dislike having to stop in the middle of creating a new sales opportunity to add a new contact's details to an account.

user-friendly & well-structured layout

Pros

My favorite part of it is how user-friendly it is. Also I love its organization and how information is presented in a clear, well-structured layout.

Cons

One of my least favorite part is the poor integration with ADP. I wish data entered into Clarity would automatically transfer over instead of requiring us to manually re-enter everything in ADP though that's likely more ADP's fault.

The best CRM

Pros

We moved from a very outdated, clunky CRM to Claritysoft. It has been proven the best for our new hires and has some great features for our mid-sized K-12 tutoring company. The interface is clean too and tasks that were a pain in our old system are now much simpler.

Cons

I miss having tabbed browsing within the system to easily switch between our student list, their parent contacts and tutor projects. If I open a second browser tab for these tasks, It can get slow. Our old CRM was clunkier but handled switching between these workflows more smoothly. That said it is better in almost every other way.

Best value CRM, period!

Pros

Claritysoft softwares service and support is superb. Whenever I need help, I know I can just make a phone call or send an email. The team is knowledgeable and genuinely cares about me both as a person and as a customer.

Cons

I would not label it as a major "con," but it is an inconvenience that I cannot use the app in landscape mode on my iPad.

Ideal for our small, growing team

Pros

From my first demo with their team, I knew this system was the right fit for our company. I needed something I could fully personalize and adapt as our company grows, without depending on external support. The system is incredibly simple to use, each user can customize their views and managing admin tasks is easy. Customer service was responsive and helpful during setup, and the Help Feature is simple to use, though I rarely need it because the system is so straightforward. Overall, I'm really happy with Claritysoft.

Cons

The only thing that comes to mind is that alerts come through as emails rather than pop-ups like in Teams or Outlook. Honestly, there's nothing I've found that raises any concerns or wishes.

#1 CRM in the market

Pros

Navigating, searching, filtering, and sending mass emails through Outlook are all super easy. The dashboard views give a clear snapshot of team or individual activities, making it simple to stay on top of things. I also love the automated follow-ups..they're a really useful feature. The onboarding, training and support teams have been amazing, always prompt and helpful whenever I reach out.

Cons

I can develop reports and charts to track sales activity. I'm still learning how to create these, but I wish it were a bit easier, like the rest of Claritysoft.

Beginner-friendly & simple

Pros

I've used this system for over two years now, and initially, as a newcomer to this type of system, I found it very easy to learn and navigate. Over time, I've continued to discover more of its capabilities for our company.

Cons

One thing I've never liked is that the account is not populated when creating an activity for a patient, and you can't click on the account in a patient activity to go to the account page.

Perfect for startups

Pros

We feel heard by the team, and we have quarterly opportunities to discuss changes we'd like to see. They consistently update the platform to enhance the product.

Cons

Some of the automation didn't work as I expected initially, but they continue to roll out new functionality that benefits my team. A year later, there are additional options we can use to improve functionality. This summer, we plan to reassess the system to see what changes we might make to enhance our customer experience.

Quick to learn

Pros

Having used various CRMs, I particularly like this one for its built-in menu customizations and ease of use, even for beginners. It offers plenty of customization options and includes built-in EMAIL & SMS marketing.

Cons

The report and analytics settings are lacking. There aren't many useful reports or home menu widgets to track what I want to see; it's mostly limited to what they offer. Also, there's no direct API integration if you already use an existing ERP system for other purposes. On top of that, there's no mapping or route planning option available.
