Claritysoft softwares service and support is superb. Whenever I need help, I know I can just make a phone call or send an email. The team is knowledgeable and genuinely cares about me both as a person and as a customer.
Cons
I would not label it as a major "con," but it is an inconvenience that I cannot use the app in landscape mode on my iPad.

Since my initial demo with their team, I knew this system was perfect for our company. I needed a system I could fully personalize and adapt as our company grows, without relying on external support. Navigating it is extremely intuitive, each user can tailor their views, and managing admin tasks is straightforward. Customer service is responsive and helpful during setup, and the Help Feature is easy to use, though rarely needed due to the system's simplicity. In short, I'm thrilled with Claritysoft.
Cons
The only thing that comes to mind is that alerts come through as emails rather than pop-ups like in Teams or Outlook. Honestly, there's nothing I've found that raises any concerns or wishes.

Navigation, searching, filtering, and mass emailing through Outlook are all straightforward. Dashboard views provide a comprehensive snapshot of team or individual activities. Automated follow-ups are another valuable feature. The onboarding, training, and support teams have exceeded our expectations, they're prompt and helpful whenever I call.
Cons
I can develop reports and charts to track sales activity. I'm still learning how to create these, but I wish it were a bit easier, like the rest of Claritysoft.

One thing I've never liked is that the account is not populated when creating an activity for a patient, and you can't click on the account in a patient activity to go to the account page.

We feel heard by the team, and we have quarterly opportunities to discuss changes we'd like to see. They consistently update the platform to enhance the product.
Cons
Some of the automation didn't work as I expected initially, but they continue to roll out new functionality that benefits my team. A year later, there are additional options we can use to improve functionality. This summer, we plan to reassess the system to see what changes we might make to enhance our customer experience.

Having used various CRMs, I particularly like this one for its built-in menu customizations and ease of use, even for beginners. It offers plenty of customization options and includes built-in EMAIL & SMS marketing.
Cons
The report and analytics settings are lacking. There are not many useful reports or home menu widgets to monitor what you want to see; it's more about what they offer. Also, there's no direct API integration option if you have an existing ERP software for all other purposes. Additionally, there's no mapping or route planning option available.

The activity reminders are helpful, and I appreciate the ability to click links for itineraries and group assistance. There are not many things about the CRM that I dislike.
Cons
Claritysoft is integrated with our order admin system. I've noticed that sometimes when we submit orders, Claritysoft doesn't capture all the data we've entered in our form. It's inconvenient to have to contact another coworker about the missing information. There's also no color system I can use with the stages, which could be helpful for people like me with ADHD. Also, Claritysoft's contact management is not the best, every lead creates a new contact, even if it's a repeat, resulting in too many duplicates. There should be a way to detect if it's the same person. We need options to add color, bold, italics, and other formatting to notes; plain notes aren't ideal.

I really like being able to keep track of our customers and potential customers. Its also great to easily log all interactions with a contact. Moreover I must highlight one thing and that is the option to create advanced reports tailored to our companys unique needs. Thanks to Claritysoft I have been able to eliminate cumbersome and unattractive Excel spreadsheets.
Cons
Sometimes Claritysoft does not keep up with my pace which makes it seem like changes were not recorded. When this happens I simply log out and log back in and the issue usually resolves.

Since my initial demo with their team, I knew this system was perfect for our company. I needed a system I could fully personalize and adapt as our company grows, without relying on external support. Navigating it is extremely intuitive, each user can tailor their views, and managing admin tasks is straightforward. Customer service is responsive and helpful during setup, and the Help Feature is easy to use, though rarely needed due to the system's simplicity. In short, I'm thrilled with Claritysoft.
Cons
The only thing that comes to mind is that alerts come through as emails rather than pop-ups like in Teams or Outlook. Honestly, there's nothing I've found that raises any concerns or wishes.

Navigation, searching, filtering, and mass emailing through Outlook are all straightforward. Dashboard views provide a comprehensive snapshot of team or individual activities. Automated follow-ups are another valuable feature. The onboarding, training, and support teams have exceeded our expectations, they're prompt and helpful whenever I call.
Cons
I can develop reports and charts to track sales activity. I'm still learning how to create these, but I wish it were a bit easier, like the rest of Claritysoft.

Cons
Some of the automation didn't work as I expected initially, but they continue to roll out new functionality that benefits my team. A year later, there are additional options we can use to improve functionality. This summer, we plan to reassess the system to see what changes we might make to enhance our customer experience.

Having used various CRMs, I particularly like this one for its built-in menu customizations and ease of use, even for beginners. It offers plenty of customization options and includes built-in EMAIL & SMS marketing.
Cons
The report and analytics settings are lacking. There are not many useful reports or home menu widgets to monitor what you want to see; it's more about what they offer. Also, there's no direct API integration option if you have an existing ERP software for all other purposes. Additionally, there's no mapping or route planning option available.

The activity reminders are helpful, and I appreciate the ability to click links for itineraries and group assistance. There are not many things about the CRM that I dislike.
Cons
Claritysoft is integrated with our order admin system. I've noticed that sometimes when we submit orders, Claritysoft doesn't capture all the data we've entered in our form. It's inconvenient to have to contact another coworker about the missing information. There's also no color system I can use with the stages, which could be helpful for people like me with ADHD. Also, Claritysoft's contact management is not the best, every lead creates a new contact, even if it's a repeat, resulting in too many duplicates. There should be a way to detect if it's the same person. We need options to add color, bold, italics, and other formatting to notes; plain notes aren't ideal.

I really like being able to keep track of our customers and potential customers. Its also great to easily log all interactions with a contact. Moreover I must highlight one thing and that is the option to create advanced reports tailored to our companys unique needs. Thanks to Claritysoft I have been able to eliminate cumbersome and unattractive Excel spreadsheets.
Cons
Sometimes Claritysoft does not keep up with my pace which makes it seem like changes were not recorded. When this happens I simply log out and log back in and the issue usually resolves.
