Offers the best support

Pros

Claritysoft platform is user-friendly and the support team is the best. Whenever we needed to adjust some CRM features, they were very helpful and made the system work better for us.

Cons

I do not have any complaints at the moment. If I ever did have an issue, I am confident they would do whatever it takes to resolve it.

Pros

I love being able to schedule tasks for later and get a reminder before they are due.

Cons

Well I sometimes struggle with filtering data and creating specific reports but I probably just need more training on those features.

Pros

It is fairly easy to use and helps me keep track of all my client work without any hassle.

Cons

The menus and filters could be better organized. It can also be tricky to sort through our client list especially since clients typically only use our services for one to four years.

More like an advanced contact list than a CRM

Pros

I found it simple to learn and was able to get the hang of it on my own. The customization options are also good.

Cons

It feels more like an advanced contact list than a full CRM system. We can store contacts, accounts and log activities but it does not compare to a platform like Salesforce if that's what you're used to.

smooth task and client management

Pros

Moving between different client accounts is really smooth. I also like that it keeps a history of completed tasks while letting me plan future ones.

Cons

Since I send most emails through Outlook, I have to manually log each one in the tool using the plugin. So I wish there was a more automatic way to track these emails as completed activities.

Awesome customization!

Pros

I can change how the system looks and works by myself. I can also add new information fields and create automatic rules all without needing to ask a tech expert for help which is awesome.

Cons

With support teams in the US and India, there can be a delay in initial responses due to our location in Australia. However once they start working on a ticket, the service is outstanding.

Pretty easy to get up to speed

Pros

Getting up to speed with Claritysoft CRM was pretty easy. I have only had a couple of questions since I started and they were quickly resolved.

Cons

I sometimes find it hard to locate specific profiles though this might just be because I am still getting familiar with the system.

The dropdown menus are user-friendly and get us where we need to go quickly. They are very easy to use.

Cons

Support is always-available

Pros

Claritysoft support team is always available when I have an issue and the system is adaptable, letting me customize new features exactly how we need.

Cons

The mobile app and even the mobile website still feel pretty basic to me and do not have all the features like accessing support tickets.

Perfect tool!

Pros

I like this software as it makes it very simple to handle my face to face meetings and track potential deals.

Cons

Honestly I cannot think of anything I dislike. I have used Salesforce and while it was powerful for large corporations, it was too slow and complex for what I needed.

Top-notch support

Pros

Moving between different sections is easy and accessing reports is pretty simple too. Also the customer support for solving issues is top-notch.

Cons

Filtering information across different sections of the system feels limited to me and building advanced quote templates is not very user friendly and requires too much technical knowledge.

High-quality product at a reasonable price

Pros

I found this platform user friendly and simple to operate. The initial setup was also not a problem and importing data was clear. The support team is fantastic too as they are very knowledgeable and always go the extra mile. The sales staff actually listen and do not push unsuitable solutions. I must say it is a high-quality product at a reasonable price with only the useful features and no unnecessary clutter. I feel heard and appreciated by everyone from sales to support. In short it is the best purchase we have made in a long time.

Cons

Sometimes the help guides are for an older version of the software but the system is usually easy enough to figure out on my own. And if I get really stuck, their excellent support team helps me out right away.

Simple and highly customizable interface

Pros

We really like the clean, simple interface and how much we can customize it. We were able to start quickly and adapt the modules for our specific workflow. It brought great organization to managing our clients and leads and we able to set up a quoting system inside the CRM that cut down our quote processing time significantly. The support team is also outstanding as they are quick, expert and truly helpful.

Cons

Customizing the sales and quote templates was less user friendly than we expected, so we needed help from support to set them up. But we are just glad their team was available to guide us through the process.

This is a great tool for our team to work together and we love being able to see a quick summary of what others have done with a client record like emails, notes, deals and leads.

Cons

We want to use different email signature banners for different marketing campaigns but adding and importing these new signatures is a difficult and complicated process.

Smooth switch to a user-friendly CRM

Pros

Switching from our old CRM to Claritysoft was incredibly smooth. Also it is very user-friendly. We also love how the Accounts, Contacts and Opportunities sections all integrate seamlessly.

Cons

I do not like that our email marketing tool, Engage does not sync with the CRM. We would love to create tasks for the team based on how our email campaigns are performing.

Pros

My favorite thing is how well-organized the system is and how simple the interface is to navigate.

Cons

I feel the layout could be more consolidated. As our previous software showed all project details on a single, scrollable page instead of forcing us to click through multiple tabs.
