Creatio's main advantage is its customization, making it feel like tailor-made software for my business.
Cons
Creatio is not designed for inexperienced users. I spent weeks learning the processes, and having good support was crucial, promptly addressing all my queries. Additional costs apply for features like mass newsletters via email.

Although Creatio is primarily a CRM system, we use it for case tracking in our customer service department. Creatio has been brilliant in helping us customize it for this purpose and continues to support us. Customization doesn't prevent us from receiving regular updates to the base system. The system is reliable, looks good, is easy to use, and we rarely have issues. When we do, Creatio's team is fast to act with great and friendly service.

It offers robust out-of-the-box solutions for many standard business needs, excellent pricing, and incredibly simple license management.
Cons
Printables and reports can be challenging to work with and seem to lag behind the quality found elsewhere in the software. There's no out-of-the-box support for tagging attachments with necessary metadata for internal security practices and segmentation.
