Great all-in-one solution!

Pros

I find it to be a very comprehensive automated platform for streamlining sales, marketing, and customer service processes. A global CRM platform that really deserves to be known!

Pros

Creatio's low-code capabilities allow me to gain autonomy and efficiency, with projects that used to take months now being completed in weeks or even days. The marketing tools are impressive, and Creatio's global approach covers everything from initial lead generation to customer support and the entire sales process.

Cons

As a low-code platform, Creatio provides extensive freedom to users. Low-code offers vast opportunities and accelerates the creation of new features and applications. Yet, it doesn't mean you can create everything instantly, which can be a bit frustrating.

Creation of CRM

Pros

Capturing data about clients and their employees, generating leads from the website, managing outreach team meetings, and creating opportunity reports are all easy with Creatio. The platform's key strength is its flexibility, with out-of-the-box solutions that can be configured for my business.

Cons

When clients opt for on-premises, there are additional costs for microservices. Integration with social media requires third-party applications. Enhancing the system's usability with advanced filtering and data visualization would be beneficial. We've already seen significant improvements in this area this year.

My first CRM software

Pros

While working in the hotel marketing department, I used Terrasoft BPM (now Creatio). Initially, I thought it was our in-house CRM but later learned it's a widely used and popular platform for many businesses. Creatio's main advantage is its customization, making it feel like tailor-made software for my business.

Cons

Creatio is not designed for inexperienced users. I spent weeks learning the processes, and having good support was crucial, promptly addressing all my queries. Additional costs apply for features like mass newsletters via email.

Despite being powerful and feature-rich, I am confident the product has huge potential, with Creatio's team continually enhancing its functionality with advanced AI-powered solutions and other latest technologies.

Cons

The learning curve can be steep, given the wide array of useful features we can leverage for our business's benefit. With numerous solutions and tools available, there's a constant learning curve. While this is positive, it can also be overwhelming as we strive to keep up with Creatio's continuous rollout of new features. Their commitment to user-friendliness, however, eases adoption of these new functionalities.

An intuitive CRM tool

Pros

I love the system's UI. It's similar to Salesforce but without the high price and easier to customize. We've had great user uptake since launch, and our outside sales team loves the mobile application.

Creatio - great product - really flexible - great customer service

Pros

Although Creatio is primarily a CRM system, we use it for case tracking in our customer service department. Creatio has been brilliant in helping us customize it for this purpose and continues to support us. Customization doesn't prevent us from receiving regular updates to the base system. The system is reliable, looks good, is easy to use, and we rarely have issues. When we do, Creatio's team is fast to act with great and friendly service.

Cons

Honestly, there are no noteworthy issues worth mentioning.

Pros

The ease of customization and management, even for non-developers, is excellent. The clean, intuitive interfaces eliminate a lot of hassle from end-user education. It offers robust out-of-the-box solutions for many standard business needs, excellent pricing, and incredibly simple license management.

Cons

Printables and reports can be challenging to work with and seem to lag behind the quality found elsewhere in the software. There's no out-of-the-box support for tagging attachments with necessary metadata for internal security practices and segmentation.
