“Version Updates Cause Issues

At this moment, I can't think of many aspects to mention or critique. If anything, it just speaks to how seamlessly the platform integrates into our daily operations, making it difficult to pinpoint any significant drawbacks or additional features that we might need. The overall experience has been quite satisfactory, leaving me with little to add.
Cons
We've had issues with version updates affecting our apps, and the Freedom UI appearing unexpectedly for clients despite deactivation. Creatio Support hasn't been very helpful; it often takes several explanations for them to understand.

Pros
It's clear to navigate and has a great user experience. It's also very customizable. I can create anything in the folders, types, customers, etc.
Cons
Occasionally, we've faced issues with the scheduled emails feature. For some reason, emails didn't send as expected. Overall, though, we don't have much to complain about.

There are lots of advanced features available, and I can customize the dashboards however I like. Great overall for daily CRM users.
Cons
Loading times can be lengthy, and navigating through all the features can be confusing. If you only use the CRM once a week, it might be challenging. Daily users, however, will likely grasp the interface quicker. While no CRM is perfect, Creatio could definitely enhance its user interface.

I've noticed that response times can be slow, especially when making changes. It seems everything compiles at the time of change, and understanding dependencies can be complex, leading to errors. Better documentation could help clarify these issues.
