iTouch Vision has offered us an affordable yet highly effective way to engage with our customers through an additional media channel. It has also made it easier for our residents to get in touch or report issues to the council at their own convenience. The app has been well received by our residents and we now have over 800 active users. Additionally elected members have found it user-friendly and it has become a key part of the authoritys campaign. Overall it has been very supportive throughout the implementation process and a joy to work with.
