“my business suffered a lot”
Pros
This was the worst marketing company I have ever worked with. They did not deliver anything they promised. I hired them to build a new website but they mostly copied someone elses and I ended up getting a legal notice for plagiarism. Plus their main job was to run Google and Facebook ads but it took them a whole month just to get the Facebook ads started. The fee I paid was supposed to cover the ad costs but my ad budget never got fully used so I am also left wondering where that money went. And only one person managed my account and he seemed out of touch. He suggested I build pages to attract clients from other states to fly in and work with me, even though they could not even get local ads right. I mean pretty much everything that could go wrong did. There is a lot more I could say. It also felt suspicious that you cannot leave a review on Google or Facebook. Also let me tell you that I worked with them from late April to late October for a full six months and it was the worst.
Cons
They almost ran my business into the ground. During the last three months of their six month contract, I was paying them while also hiring another agency to run ads just to keep things going. Overall I wasted $24,000 in those six months, and that doesn no even count the business I lost.

“Security and tools together”
Pros
Marketing 360 provides the best security and delivers excellent value because it combines a number of marketing tools into a single platform. Their customer support is responsive and genuinely helpful which made onboarding smoother and helped resolve problems quickly. When managing social channels, the tools make scheduling and tracking posts pretty easy and the email marketing features are user-friendly too. Overall the platform includes a wide array of capabilities and the email templates are attractively designed and easy to personalize.
Cons
I have noticed that some parts of the platform feel limited when compared with tools that focus on a single discipline and the deeper customization options can sometimes be restrictive. For smaller companies that won't use every function, the price can also feel steep. I'd also like to see richer reporting capabilities and on occasion the system has run noticeably slower than I'd expect.

“All marketing tools in one place”
Pros
One thing I really like about Marketing 360 is that it bundles a bunch of marketing tools into a single platform. I can manage CRM, handle website updates, schedule social posts, check analytics and track campaigns without having to jump between different apps. The layout is also easy to use and because everything's linked it makes reporting and automation much less of a headache. I have also noticed that some users benefit from the extra hand-holding their support team offers.
Cons
The pricing is confusing and can feel expensive for a small business. Also the results they promise especially with ads and SEO do not always match what I experienced or expected. And a number of people I know have also said that support can be slow or inconsistent at times.

“Saves time, no app switching”
Pros
The thing I liked most about this platform is that it brings many marketing tools into one place. Plus I feel it simplifies things by combining websitessocial media, email marketing and ads into a single system. Overall it saves me time because I don't have to switch between different programs.
Cons
At first it can feel overwhelming because there are so many tools and features. So it took me a while to learn how everything works which is frustrating for beginners. Also some parts felt too complex when I only needed a few basic marketing tools. It also ended up being more expensive than using simpler, separate tools so it may not be a good fit for small businesses with tight budgets. Overall even though it's powerful, it can feel like more than I need and takes time to fully understand and master.

“Automation is smooth”
Pros
Even though I only used Marketing 360 for a short time I quickly saw how it stands out, all thanks to its powerful automation and easy to use interface. Also it makes everyday marketing tasks like email campaigns, lead capture and social media much faster and smoother which really helps productivity. The detailed analytics and reports provide useful data to help me make better decisions too. And with built-in CRM and powerful marketing tools, it is a reliable way to manage customer relationships. Overall it helps me run more focused and successful marketing efforts.
Cons
What I liked least about it is that it is not well optimized for mobile so trying to manage campaigns or check analytics on my phone is not easy and limiting. I also noticed the customer support choices are pretty narrow basically just email and support tickets options are available so getting urgent help can feel slow. On top of that the pricing can be high for startups and small businesses which makes it harder for smaller teams to adopt. But even with these drawbacks, I still see it as a powerful option for handling various ad campaigns.

Pros
This software provides the best digital marketing tools especially for managing social media, running email campaigns and creating landing pages. Also it is easy to use with a wide selection of email templates for my marketing.
Cons
As a user I have noticed the platform can be costly and sometimes confusing for people who are new to it. Plus every time I add another service the total price jumps up.

“Great at self-promotion, cost too high”
Pros
One thing I really like about Marketing 360 is how consistently they promote themselves as they are always reaching out, following up and staying in touch to bring in new customers.
Cons
The biggest drawback was the cost as it was way more than I could afford so in the end it just was not a realistic option.

Pros
It is a powerful all in one marketing tool that helps me track activity and manage the security of social accounts as well as email systems.
Cons
I haven't had good experiences with their customer support and I found the pricing way too high for my needs. As I never ended up using many of the featuresso it did not feel like a worthwhile investment for me financially.

“Paid too much, no service”
Pros
Right from the start the timeline slipped as I noticed they took far longer than promised to build a website intended for lead generation.
Cons
I ended up paying way too much for lead generation with virtually no customer service and when they failed to meet expectations, they basically did nothing to fix it.

“User-friendly & visually appealing”
Pros
I used this tool to design several of my websites. They helped me grow my companys social media presence and offer a page builder that is very user friendly and visual appealing than most others. Plus it connects seamlessly with all my other business tools.
Cons
Its email module offers fewer segmentation tiers. Also I find it very expensive, particularly for smaller companies.

“Scam company that fails to deliver on promises”
Pros
I signed up on 6/24/25 after a Zoom call with two salespeople who made grand promises. They were professional but seemed eager to upsell beyond what I actually needed.
Cons
Well I requested a full refund the very same day I signed up because I completely lost trust in the company. I mean I should have researched them more thoroughly first. As I value integrity which they clearly lack as they have an F rating with the Better Business Bureau and every review on Reddit is negative from a community of people sharing how they were scammed. I asked for my money back within 24 hours and declined all their services but I still never got a refund. They insisted on a phone call to process it but when I reluctantly explained my reasons, they simply ghosted me.

“Extra fees, nothing managed”
Pros
Honestly there was nothing good about my experience. It was terrible so I'd tell anyone and everyone to stay far away. They act like a scam, charging high fees while failing to manage anything properly.
Cons
As a small business owner I lost a lot of money because of them. In my opinion they are a scam as they pile on extra fees and don't manage anything properly.
