Pros

Their team took my concepts and turned them into a working product, even going beyond what I expected along the process.

Cons

It is really comprehensive as it keeps tabs on and records pretty much everything for my campaigns.

Cons

It's pricey given how infrequently posts are published and lately when I have contacted support I sometimes get no response or follow-up.

Pros

I really appreciated the amount of work and the variety of platforms they assembled to promote and sell the product but I haven't encountered any of those features or efforts since that initial phone call.

Cons

Honestly I hate being told I'd receive certain services and then getting nothing remotely like that particularly when I am paying a substantial amount for it.

We get a ton of ideas and suggestions from them and they update us weekly on the projects.

Cons

I think they really need to overhaul the interface and dashboards and their customer support responds very slowly.

One thing I love is that it offers a complete set of features for publishing my products.

Pros

While using Marketing 360 at work, I appreciate that the platform bundles a wide range of marketing tools in one place. It provides real-time analytics that actually run efficiently and help me track performance. At the start it offered a free setup which helped me get comfortable with the features. I also find it delivers a valuable user experience and supports multi-location eCommerce management well to meet customer needs.

Cons

I have noticed the app can lag sometimes which gets pretty frustrating when I am trying to move quickly. The dashboard feels like it lacks transparency and could be clearer about metrics. The overall interface seems fairly basic and feels like an early-stage design. I also wish there were more automation options available because the current setup doesn't offer extra automations.

Great for social ads automation

Pros

As someone new to digital marketing, I find this tool very approachable and it covers the key needs for online campaigns. I also like the helpful support team and the general high quality and ease of use. Plus it's been great for handling most social media ads and I particularly like the automation and scheduling features as they work really well.

Cons

I ended up moving to a different service after about a year and a half because I kept running into intermittent login bugs. It made me uneasy, even though the support team eventually fixed things after I reached out a couple of times. On top of that, I find the analytics and reporting tools to be rather ineffective.

Honestly I didn't get much out of this product. It felt clunky to use and seems unsuitable for small businesses like mine.

Cons

autumn explains complex ideas simply

Pros

Working with Autumn Londo has been wonderful as she patiently guides our team every step of the way and explains complex marketing ideas in simple, everyday language. Also the team communicates well and is always available as whenever we have questionssomeone responds quickly. Autumn also helped us get great results even with a small budget and she regularly checks in to make sure we are seeing real progress. Overall the tool is also very easy to use. I even love that I can schedule all my social media posts from one dashboard as I often batch a month's worth at once which saves me tons of time. I can also make small updates to our website myself without needing help.

Cons

I did run into some bumps with the writers not fully capturing the vision of our business at first which felt frustrating. Those issues turned out to be just part of the growing pains though and with strong leadership and careful editing from our marketing executive lead, things were steered back on track pretty quickly. I am satisfied with how they corrected course.

Couldn't fix their own errors

Pros

The initial presentation was the highlight for me. There wasn't much of substance after that. I convinced my partners to choose this company for our marketing because of how impressive that pitch was. Seven months later, after spending $8,000, all we've ended up with is a non-working website. I am having our internal team put together a replacement and plan to engage a different marketing agency. I'll consider pursuing the money we lost as I have still got two years to file a claim. In the meantime I have to move quickly to save face with my partners and get our project back on track since we're currently two months behind schedule.

Cons

They couldn't get the website to work properly, failing even at simple tasks. At times I ended up walking them through fixes because they couldn't resolve some of their own errors.

Looks good, SMS lacks two-way

Pros

The interface is visually appealing and user friendly and I can quickly navigate the app to locate whatever I am looking for.

Cons

Personally I have noticed the SMS tool lacks true two-way messaging that other providers offer which is frustrating. Also, tagging and segmentation for email campaigns feels more complex than it should be and the reporting is basically worthless as only broad aggregate figures without any segmentationso I cannot get any meaningful analytical insights from the platform.

Simple CRM with integrated payments

Pros

Honestly this software is incredibly simple and user-friendly. Having tried several CRMs, merchant accounts and website builders before, I find it exceptionally easy to navigate too. Plus the integrated automation, payment processing and content marketing features are just outstanding.

Cons

Madwire top choice for social ads

Pros

Several of the marketing executives at Madwire, including the latest person assigned to us, were fantastic to work with. For starters, if someone wants to advertise their company on social platforms, I believe Madwire is unquestionably the top choice. Because I wasn't experienced with social media, everything felt overwhelming at first and I didn't understand how things worked. The support team organized everything for me, walked me through the concepts I needed to learn and handled the rest seamlessly. She streamlined our social media marketing approach and gave us practical recommendations and clear guidance at every stage. Her knowledge, responsiveness and creativity went well beyond what I expected and I would recommend her and Madwire to anyone looking to strengthen their social media marketing.

Cons

I don't have any complaints about Marketing 360. our whole department is very satisfied with them.
