email and social tools work well

Pros

Marketing 360 is very easy to use. I mainly used the email and social media tools and I could also update the website when needed. Overall it made completing my tasks simple and hassle-free.

Cons

When it came to the social media calendar, I wasn't a fan. It was hard for me to quickly tell what had already been posted on any given day and because of that confusion I occasionally ended up posting the same content twice thanks to the calendar layout.

Pros

Because of the reporting and analytics, I am able to develop a strategy for myself by reviewing the data. This continues to be my favorite feature.

Cons

I cannot think of a feature I dislike the most. Since it's so convenient and affordable, it really distinguishes the app in its area overall to me.

I couldn't even get the software to run so I could find out what it was supposed to do.

Cons

My team and I paid $8,000 up front and have nothing to show for it and we're now two months behind schedule.

Helps confront hurdles

Pros

Using Marketing 360 has helped me confront my company's business hurdles directly and it's enabled me to map out and strategize for the company's future growth.

Cons

I'd really like to see the platform add more posting integrations for Snapchat and TikTok in future updates, as that would make social scheduling much more seamless for me.

Nick manages online presence well

Pros

Marketing 360 has met every one of my online marketing needs and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. They consistently do an excellent job managing my online presence and they adapt as the landscape changes by keeping me informed about new opportunities to grow. My account manager Nick is wonderful too as he organizes our activities well and takes the lead in steering our campaigns.

Cons

Thankfully, I haven't experienced any issues with Marketing 360 since they have fulfilled every commitment they made.

Team keeps us on track

Pros

Its tool and their team of associates consistently go above and beyond with both their software and customer support. They keep our team on track, alert us to the next steps we should take and using their platform has made grasping all aspects of the marketing world surprisingly simple and easy to understand.

Marketing 360 is very easy to use. Also the team is clearly committed to providing a high-quality product and service. Overall they have raised the bar for marketing software.

Cons

I'd like to see more detailed information and broader outreach to prospective customers. It would help if there was greater enthusiasm, deeper and more distinctive content and a product questions-and-answers section on the Facebook page to build interest and generate orders.

Cons

What stood out to me was the support and customer service. our weekly meetings were especially useful for discussing what works and what doesn't.

Cons

I felt the CRM lacked customization and its reporting features were restricted especially when I needed graph-inclusive reports.

easy crm with built-in automation

Pros

The software is surprisingly easy to use. I have worked with many CRMs, payment systems and website tools and this one matches or even beats some of them. It is overall very easy to navigate! The built-in automation, payment processing and lead-nurturing features are all excellent too.

Cons

Honestly the area that could use work for me is the social media tools. That might be mostly because I haven't spent much time using them. I actually often find it quicker to hop on and post directly to each of my social channels myself rather than through the app.

Call tracking pinpoints lead sources

Pros

I really like the call tracking feature and how it lets me pinpoint exactly where my leads are coming from.

Cons

There's a ton of data to wade through and unless I already understand what the metrics mean, it can be pretty overwhelming at the start.
