Account rep cares about the mission

Pros

It is user friendly and all the functionality is packed in. The templates are also easy to customize and handling email marketing is uncomplicated. Even more valuable to me is the support our team gets as the help has been outstanding especially from our account rep. He genuinely cares about our nonprofit and I notice he consistently brainstorms ways to support our mission and help us succeed.

Cons

There's just one small capability I'd like to see added that is an easy way for me to locate and remove duplicate entries without having to manually hunt them down.

Pros

Their customer support is outstanding! Plus this platform handles everything I need from CRM to websites, text message marketing, emailssocial ads, Google ads and so much more.

Cons

For someone new, I found the platform a bit overwhelming because navigating it and using all the features takes time but their customer support has been exceptional and helps me in every possible way.

Pros

It is easy to log in and check how my website and ads are performing at any time. The interface is also simple to use and I can clearly see exactly what's being done for me.

Cons

It does require a short learning curve before I feel fully comfortable using the platform.

Pros

There was absolutely nothing positive about my experience. I felt they use it as a way to keep you effectively held hostage.

Cons

When I tried to move to a different marketing agency, nobody from their side offered me any help or support with the transition.

Just a pretty website, no leads

Pros

The site itself is attractive and that's honestly the only positive I can point to. I have had nothing but BAD SERVICE, BAD SERVICE, BAD SERVICE, BAD SERVICE, BAD SERVICE, BAD SERVICE and I honestly have no praise to give for their BAD SERVICE!

Cons

I got extremely poor results overall. Only a handful of bad phone calls, zero reviews, no leads, just a pretty website that never delivered anything else. Their team seems extremely incompetent.

Pros

I wasn't pleased with the product. it reported an exaggerated ad spend figure that felt misleading and unreliable.

Cons

In my experience I find their reporting consistently unreliable because I cannot see the underlying figures. it's basically a closed ecosystem where I am given numbers via intermediary software, leaving me without access to the original source data or transparency.

high hopes moving foward

Pros

Being local to their offices, we had the chance to meet not just our sales representative face to face but also the full team we'll be collaborating with at Madwire. That in-person kickoff made it easy for us to explain our exact objectives and for them to really understand what we wanted to achieve. The whole onboarding process was also simple and hassle-free. So yes we're genuinely enthusiastic about what lies ahead with Madwire and Marketing360 and feel optimistic about the partnership moving forward!

Cons

That said I find the pricing to be on the steep side which could discourage some businesses from signing up. I also noticed the onboarding process can be quite lengthy and requires a significant time commitment.

Pros

I like the reporting and the visibility they provide but that's essentially the only positive. I haven't found anything else worthwhile about this company.

Cons

In my experience their team's outcomes were terrible as we ended up receiving only a handful of leads and most of them were poorly qualified.

Pros

I appreciated their integrated approach. they managed every aspect of our company's marketing and even assigned a dedicated team and project manager specifically to our account.

Cons

Although the website backend wasn't especially easy to customize, the Marketing360 team responded quickly to any change requests. I would have liked a little more control but it was a generally excellent experience.

Clear ad performance insight

Pros

For the most part, I rely on Marketing 360 for running focused ad campaigns and handling our email sends. With this platform, I can quickly organize our subscriber lists and get clear insight into ad performance, seeing exactly how and where the ads are working.

Cons

I ended up having to invest a large chunk of my valuable work hours just to learn the platform thoroughly. On top of that, occasional system outages occur which bring the whole team's workflow to a crawl.

Brings all marketing tools together

Pros

I have got so many positive things to say about it such as its user friendly layout and broad range of features really stand out. Overall it's been a huge help for my company by bringing our various marketing tools into a single, easy-to-navigate place. We mainly rely on it for advertising from everything from local, hyper-targeted campaigns to focused email blasts. The platform simplifies managing our follower database and gives us a clear sense of which ads are resonating and whyso we can see what's working and adjust accordingly.

Cons

I do wish the analytics were deeper. For example, I want to know how long visitors stayed on our site after clicking an ad which would help measure real engagement. There are a few smaller gaps too, like better assistance creating ads tailored to each platform's specs and formats. It would also be incredibly useful if Marketing 360 offered practical tips or best-practice suggestions for effective creatives and copy, drawn from the wealth of data they've gathered from other small businesses.

The website looks great and I felt the content pages appeared relevant and applicable.

Cons

A company representative assured me that, for the amount I would be spending, I should expect between 25 and 50 new patients each month. Now, four months in, I am only averaging about four new patients per month and I honestly feel like this has been a complete waste of our money.

Pros

While I am employed by a large company that doesn't use Madwire, in my role as a consultant I consistently suggest M360 to every small business client I advise. The dashboard and overall user interface are fantastic and the customer service representatives walk you through setup until it's tailored to your needs. They really stand out in SEO and social media marketing.

Cons

The platform is powerful and feature-richso I found it takes a fair bit of time to really get comfortable with it especially because SEO itself is complex. If you invest effort up front and actively ask questions to clarify how things work, I think you'll find the payoff worthwhile.

Manage all social from one dashboard

Pros

Using Marketing 360, I can manage all of our social media accounts from a single dashboard. Plus I really appreciate how fast their tech support gets back to me no matter what time I call.

Cons

There are a few terms and workflows in the software that could use clearer, more detailed explanations and I also wish I could run Marketing 360 directly from my smartphone for greater convenience.

I have found that this has the potential to be a strong investment if everything is handled correctly.

Cons

My main issue is the service that comes with it. It turns out there's a six-month commitment tucked into the fine print as it's technically disclosed but the sales reps gave me the impression it was a month-to-month arrangement. Communication has been poor and my business often has to accommodate their scheduleso I cannot always connect when I need to.
