Customer service is simply the best

Pros

Their customer service is simply the best as the support team is always quick to respond to my requests.

Cons

At the beginning I hesitated about my choice because my first account manager left me uncertain but after other team members took over, things picked up and progressed really well.

Pros

I am impressed by the interface as it makes it simple for me to reach all of my social media accounts from a single spot.

Cons

Pros

The thing I like is that I can quickly see a clear overview of all the main marketing platforms and SEO results.

Cons

For me the design isn't great. there are too many features which can feel almost baffling at times.

Well I have consistently received outstanding customer service, they pay close attention to detail, are easy to collaborate with and continually look for ways to improve our marketing and advertising in any possible way!

Love dashboard, communication is lacking

Pros

I really love the dashboard as it's hands down my favorite aspect of the entire experience.

Cons

What frustrates me most is the poor communication from the team. they don't keep me in the loop.

The marketing dashboard is very well structured which makes it easy for me to monitor and log how my ads are doing across social channels and search engines. That clarity helps me decide where to concentrate future digital marketing activities.

Cons

In my experience the software is primarily aimed at smaller businesses that need outside marketing help. so as my company grows, I find the service offering may not scale well and could stop being the right match for our needs.

Support helped choose the best partner

Pros

We found their support incredibly helpful. When we needed assistance with our online advertising, we consulted with them and ultimately chose them as the best partner to help grow our business. So far I honestly haven't been disappointed one bit!

Cons

I find the dashboard difficult to get around unless you go through one of their training sessions.

I really enjoy their marketing campaigns! I had been running low on inspiration and ideas alone yet Marketing 360 unquestionably made it easier for me to connect with my network and attract more potential clients over time than before.

Cons

Pros

We rely a lot on the email marketing tools. Also we run automated campaigns for each product we offer and Marketing360 gives us simple tracking and useful insights helping us connect better with customers. I also really like that I can see exactly how every dollar is spent such as every ad, keyword and demographic detail. In short it is incredibly helpful and transparent.

Cons

It can be somewhat glitchy as sometimes the metrics are off or it shows that it's enrolling every contact in every CRM email list and then proceeds to automatically unsubscribe them. It hasn't caused any real harm but I do find it a bit confusing at times.

Over the past four years I have been using Marketing 360 and Madwire and I have been extremely happy with them. Several businesses I recommended to Madwire/360 ended up signing on and their support team has been phenomenal.

Cons

In the past I ran into problems with the iOS integration although it's been improved lately and seems to be working more reliably now.

The team treated me really well and paid close attention to my needs and I have ended up with a very attractive website.

Cons

Pros

To be honesy I cannot say enough good things about it as they truly blew me away. Their customer support has been phenomenal, always responsive and genuinely helpful. The website they built for my business is amazing too as it's creatively designed and includes every element I wanted. Within just two weeks the marketing strategies they put into action began producing measurable results. The CRM is also user friendly and came with practical training that made it easy to use. I am now having trouble keeping up with the surge of customers. Choosing them has been the best business decision I have ever made so thank you Marketing 360 for being so talented and amazing.

Cons

I truly cannot think of a single thing that needs improvement. everything has met or even surpassed my expectations!

Should have stayed with WordPress

Honestly there's nothing noteworthy. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Cons

I ended up with a poor account manager and the website platform UXI is awful. They persuaded me to build my site on their system but it's missing essential features and feels extremely limited. I should have stayed with WordPress.
