Marketing 360 platform is very thoughtfully designed and effective at amplifying sales and strengthening marketing efforts for a product.
Cons
As a French-speaking user my only real complaint is that the interface is available only in English which makes it difficult for me and other Francophone users to navigate and use the tool comfortably.

From a management standpoint, I like that the interface is user-friendly, it offers a broad set of features and tools, includes a mobile app and connects with many third-party tools.
Cons
I have noticed other users saying the UI/UX can feel overwhelming, there are some integration limits although I view that as a minor issue and pricing can vary.

During our first conversations I felt they painted a very attractive vision of what could be achieved.
Cons
I was pitched a long list of things they claimed they could handle but most of it turned out to be beyond their abilities. They convinced me to buy services that ultimately weren't delivered and communication has been abysmal the whole time. Staff consistently fail to follow through or circle back and the work they did produce was poor quality. On top of that they drag out timelines in a way that seems designed to shift the burden of paying over a longer period. I came to Marketing360 with clear, specific needs and instead they missed every deadline, suggested a complete website redo that took them a month and looked like something a kid could have thrown together. I ended up hiring someone else to fix it and that person made it look vastly better in about a week. When I asked to cancel the arrangement they went quiet yet I am still being charged and haven't received any services for two months.

Pros
Marketing 360 adapts into whatever I need it to be. Whether I need a full-featured CRM, a tool for creating and organizing content, a platform for digital media advertising or a combination of all those capabilities in a single place, it's available here. Also, when I am hunting for something remarkable at a fairly reasonable price, this product seems to meet and fulfill my expectations. From solo freelancers and small agencies to mid-size firms and large corporations, Marketing 360 feels like a fit for everyone. We've relied on it exclusively in our e-commerce team and the outcomes genuinely impressed us. I have no reservations about choosing it!
Cons
There are a couple of issues I think they should fix on this platform. To start with, its geographic reach is limited. Right now it's only offered in North Americaso if I am hoping to run it across multiple countries, that's not an option. Another concern is the support model. Customer support is only provided during specific, limited hours which I find inconvenient. Since we rely heavily on Marketing 360 as our CRM, that dependency worries me for the long term. While it performs well today, I believe future users would benefit if the team simplified the dashboard everything is available there but it's packed and some people I know struggle to find their way around.

Cons
