Pros

What I really appreciate is the help and easy accessibility this software provides especially when it comes to communication and marketing tasks.

Cons

There should be a way to automatically edit reports and analyses and I'd personally find that feature really useful.

Pros

Before I posted this I tried hard to resolve the issues directly with the company. I am not someone who complains lightly but I do protect myself and I feel obligated to warn others when something goes wrong. I reached out to Marketing 360 leadership multiple times and got no response at all. Leaving a negative review isn't my first choice and I wouldn't do it without cause.

Cons

When I hired them I expected standard digital marketing such as SEO, content and campaign management. The sales team was great and said all the right things but that's where it ended. I saw almost no real results. Service and communication disappeared and the work was often sloppy. My website went live with no basic on-page SEO. They used a default sitemap that caused thousands of broken links. The site was not secure too and got hacked redirecting my customers to a strange site for weeks. They eventually fixed it but the damage to my reputation and leads was already done. Over the whole time, I received only three blog posts and one extra page. None of the posts were SEO-friendly and one page was copied from another location. Oceanside content ended up on a page meant for a different area and the property search still showed wrong listings. There was zero quality control. Be careful with their ad-spend terms. They keep the money even if it's not spent on ads. I never saw anywhere near what I paid actually used for ads and their contract allows that. I should have caught it but it's something you would want to change if you work with them. Check recent reviews as many others seem to have similar issues. I lost a significant amount of money with them. Hopefully its leadership will fix these problems but for now, I'd recommend looking elsewhere.

Sales reps fed only lies

Pros

Side by side I run several businesses and hired Marketing 360 to help launch a new salon and hair-extension shop. Their salespeople sold me on how amazing they were and honestly that turned out to be the complete opposite. The website they produced was terrible and visually unappealing to potential customers and they promised it in two weeks but dragged it out for six months. Changes to the site took ages to get implemented and their SEO and social media marketing were equally poor. Even my high school son, who has no professional experience, completely tore their work apart. It felt like a total joke of a company. I kept raising my concerns and escalating the issue up the management ladder repeatedly but nothing improved. In the end I fired them and had a much better site created in a week for a tiny fraction of the cost, plus SEO that actually targeted the correct demographics. After that experience I wouldn't recommend them to anyone so save your time and money and avoid this company.

Cons

My experience was that their sales reps are incredible at feeding you nothing but BS.

Flexible, synced, boosted sales

Pros

This tool is incredibly flexible and picked it up straight away. it was easy to use from the start. It supported me significantly in both my work and personal projects. Having everything synced and fast payment handling is essential and this program has boosted my sales as a result.

Cons

That said I find the support team unprofessional and their rates a little high though it's manageable. I have also had legitimate emails land in the spam folder from time to time.

Pros

I am really impressed with Marketing 360's pricing structure. They provide flexible, cost-effective plan options so I can pick whatever fits my needs best. On top of that I have access to a dedicated marketing success manager who guides me through modern digital marketing tactics and helps me squeeze better performance out of our campaigns. Because it includes metrics like Return On Investment, I can make much more informed choices about where to focus my marketing efforts and budget. It also makes it easy to expand our marketing into popular social media channels which increases the likelihood that I'll connect with potential leads and customers.

Cons

Honestly I have nothing negative to report. Every feature I have used has been useful and consistently reliable and I haven't run into any issues.

Drag and drop website building

Pros

Using it, I found the platform very easy to use and was pleasantly surprised by how user friendly everything felt. The layout makes navigation easy too and the tools are arranged in a clear, logical way. Building a website was particularly simple thanks to the ready-made templates and drag-and-drop controls that let me customize pages quickly. I also appreciated the lead tracking as it makes following prospects through each stage of the sales funnel effortless. It also provides a broad set of social media capabilities too, from scheduling posts and running paid ads to keeping tabs on brand mentions. Managing SEO was also not a problem with tools for keyword optimization and tracking search rankings.

Cons

That said I should point out that the paid plans can be on the pricey side which may be a stretch for smaller businesses working with tight budgets. Alsosome of the more advanced tools aren't totally plug and play and can benefit from guidance by a marketing pro if you want to use them to their fullest. Despite those drawbacks, I still recommend it for businesses seeking an all in one online marketing platform. Its wide-ranging features and the user-friendly interface make it a great option for growing a company's web presence.

From my perspective this is a well-integrated platform that helps accelerate revenue moving through the sales pipeline. It is also very easy to operate and provides an excellent CRM along with a powerful marketing dashboard.

Pros

Using it for several months to handle my digital marketing and it's become my go to for day to day tasks. The platform bundles a broad set of capabilities such as everything from website design and upkeep to email campaignssocial media management and beyond. I also really value having all of my marketing tools centralized in one dashboard because it saves me time and keeps me organized. Whenever I run into issues or have questions, their customer support team has been responsive and genuinely useful.

Cons

Sometimes the platform's sheer number of capabilities makes it feel a bit daunting to navigate and use well. It took me a while to get comfortable with all the different tools and settings and I often wished there were more step-by-step tutorials or training materials to shorten the learning curve. I would appreciate clearer guidance to help me ramp up faster so I can take full advantage of everything the system offers.
