Pros
If value for money is what you are looking for, here is my take: the pricing feels reasonable for what Meritto offers. I also find the interface easy to understandso it doesn't take much effort for me to figure out where things are or how to use the main features.
Cons
I feel like Meritto really needs to modernize its technology. the filters come across as pretty old-school and that makes the overall product feel a bit outdated compared to newer tools.

Pros
Using Meritto has saved me a lot of time. The old traditional way of collecting all the information just does not work well anymore and moving everything online through Meritto has made the whole process much more convenient for me.
Cons
I have not used it extensively enough to point out any real drawbacks yet and so far I have not come across anything negative.

Pros
I can change lead stages without any hassle and I am also able to add daily follow-ups quickly. that really helps me stay organized and keep track of every lead properly throughout the day.
Cons
I'd really like to have direct calling without needing to do things manuallybecause that would save me a lot of time. As of now, that part still feels a bit inconvenient in my daily workflow.

Cons

I find Meritto simple to work with for managing leads and it helps me stay organized by letting me set follow-up dates without any hassle. In my experience keeping track of prospects feels more manageable because the system is easy and practical for daily use.
Cons
What has been frustrating for me is the bulk upload feature since it does not always work the way I expect. I have also noticed that there is no notification pop-upso I can miss updates unless I check things manually.

I can get work done faster with this than with other tools and the system feels very simple and convenient to use. I have found the overall workflow comfortable and it helps me move through tasks without much effort.

I have had a positive experience with the calling system because it works well for my daily follow-ups and the NPS training has also been quite useful. From my side, both the calling feature and the training support have been good and have helped me handle work more confidently.
Cons
The calling system shows the direct call option to the client right in front and that can be a bit uncomfortable at times. I feel this part could be managed better so the calling process feels a little more controlled.

On a daily basis, I rely on paperless forms for handling my leads and it has made a real difference in how I work. I use it regularly for lead management, keeping my leads organized and making sure my follow-ups happen on time. What I personally enjoy most is how seamless the whole process feelsbecause it saves me a lot of time during the day. I also find the reporting feature very valuable since it helps me analyze my data, review content performance and understand the overall effectiveness of my leads much better.

I have been able to use almost all of the features without much trouble and that has made the software feel really practical for my day to day work. most of the tools are easy to understand and I can usually get things done without needing extra help.
Cons
I do notice that it takes a while to load which can be a bit frustrating when I need to work quickly. I have also found applying filters slightly confusing on occasion since it feels a little harder than it should be.

getting Meritto up and running was very quick and hassle-free which made the whole deployment process feel stress-free. I also found the customer support team to be outstanding because whenever I needed help, they responded well and guided me properly. As a user, I really appreciate how complete the CRM feels and how well everything comes together for day to day work.
Cons
I have not come across any real drawbacks while using Meritto. it already includes all the features I look for in a CRMso I do not feel like anything important is missing.

Sending mailers and setting up campaigns is really convenient in Meritto and it fits well into my day to day work. I am also able to get lead details on time which helps me respond faster and stay on top of follow-ups. What I like most is the number of filters availablebecause they help me pull more accurate information and work with the exact data I need.
Cons
From my side, I feel there's still a lot of room for improvement in the UI. While the platform does the job well, I think a more refined and modern interface would make the overall experience even better.
