Good product, support slows things down

Pros

overall this tool is good and my experience using it has been positive. From my side, it has worked well enough in general and I have had a fairly good experience with it throughout.

Cons

What has been frustrating for me is how often the customer service representatives change during a single admission campaign. Every time a new person comes in, I have to explain the full background all over again and that makes the whole process slower and leads to delays. Another thing I feel strongly about is their approach to tech integrations. If they really position themselves as being committed to university success, then I think they should be more open to integrating with multiple tools instead of charging separately for every integration and each new feature.

Feature-rich crm experience

Pros

The CRM work really well and it comes packed with a lot of useful features that make day to day tasks much more manageable. the online application process also feels very seamless and convenient to use which has made things a lot more comfortable for me.

Cons

What has disappointed me a bit is the customer supportbecause it doesn't always feel up to the expected standard. I have had to wait longer than I'd like for issues to get resolved and that can be frustrating when something needs immediate attention.

Helpful reports and reliable tracking

Pros

I find Meritto very user friendly in day to day work and it helps me generate the important reports I need without much hassle. it also supports accurate process management which makes handling tasks and tracking work much more organized.

Cons

One issue I faced was that some data got flushed. Although I was able to get it back in Excel format, I still needed it in its original formso that part was a bit inconvenient for me.

Reliable and transparent platform

Pros

It is very user friendly and the system has been dependable for day to day work. What I also appreciate is how transparent it is when it comes to information and data which gives me more confidence while using it.

Cons

I do run into brief system errors but they usually last only for a short period.

Powerful admission workflow platform

Pros

Meritto is a powerful and highly efficient platform that really helps our institution streamline the entire admission process. it has also improved the overall experience for applicants which matters a lot during admissions. What I especially like is how customizable the forms are since I can create personalized forms with specific fields and questions based on our exact requirements.

Cons

the main drawback is that it feels a little expensive at times. I have also noticed that customer support can sometimes take a while to respond which can be frustrating when a quick resolution is needed.

Good for outreach, weak analytics

Pros

The reason I don't need to juggle multiple tools for communication is the way Meritto brings multi-channel communication and tracking into one place which helps me stay on top of conversations without jumping between different tools. I have also found its digital ad management useful for keeping campaigns organized. On top of that, the interface feels user friendly to meso getting around the platform and handling day to day tasks does not feel confusing

Cons

My biggest issue with Meritto is its weak analytics and reporting capabilities which leave me wanting more detailed and reliable insights. I also feel that the automations are more complicated than they should be and setting them up or managing them can take extra effort. Because of that, my experience has been a mix of convenience in some areas and frustration in others.

Lead management done right

Pros

Lead management is really convenient in Meritto and the way the data can be separated and organized works very well for me. it makes handling different lead categories much more manageable and less confusing during day to day use.

Cons

Overall I am happy with how the software performs and there's honestly a lot to like about it. The only thing I'd want improved is that cold leads should be placed in a separate section or dedicated areabecause that would make tracking and managing them much more efficient for me.

Powerful admissions automation

Pros

What I appreciate most about Meritto is how effectively it automates the admissions process for me and everyone else involved. As a user, I have found it genuinely helpful for admission managers, counsellors and multiple stakeholders because it keeps the workflow more organized and reduces a lot of manual follow-up. In my experience the platform makes handling admissions much more manageable and supports collaboration across different teams really well.

Cons

One issue I have noticed is that the system tends to slow down when I generate reports with a large volume of records. I have also experienced some lag while scrollingespecially when there are too many records loaded at once. Although these performance issues don't take away from the overall value they can be frustrating during heavy data use.

Powerful analytics for admissions

Pros

What stood out to me most about Meritto was how well it is tailored for the education sector. the platform could be deployed pretty quickly and it already included most of the features we actually needed for our admission process. I especially found the analytics very useful because they gave me clear visibility into performance and helped with decision-making. On top of that, we kept receiving monthly or bi-monthly updates which made the product feel actively improved over time. Because of all this, our admission numbers ended up going beyond the target which was a big win for us.

Cons

One thing I did feel was that the overall cost of ownership is on the higher side. That said from what I saw, a lot depends on how well the client is able to negotiate the commercial terms.

Powerful reporting and data insights

Pros

What I really value in Meritto is the way it handles data management, along with the insights and report-building tools it offers. In my experience these features have been genuinely useful for organizing information properly and pulling meaningful reports whenever I need them. I also feel the platform gives me a better view of the data which helps me make more informed decisions in day to day work.

Cons

I honestly do not have any major complaints about Meritto. From what I have seen, it performs well overallalthough I have noticed that there are occasional lags during implementation at times. Even so, those small delays have not been significant enough to affect my overall positive experience with the software.
