Amazing features and smart filters

Pros

I find it very simple to use and it comes with some really impressive featuresespecially the filters. the platform feels user friendly and practical for regular work.

Cons

One thing I'd still like to see is a dark mode instead of only the blue and white theme. In my opinion, having more contrast or display options would make the experience even better.

Fast and pleasant to use

Pros

I find it much less time-consuming in my day to day work and it feels very convenient to use. working with it has been really enjoyable and I have found the overall process quite comfortable and efficient.

Cons

the lead stages are there and fairly simple to follow. Overall I have still had a very positive experience using it and the system feels easy to work with.

Lead management that really works

Pros

Meritto is very simple to use when it comes to accessing organizing and managing leads. the platform makes it convenient for me to keep track of lead information without feeling lost and I can move through the system without much effort.

Cons

It can take some time for me to move from one lead to another. In my day to day use, that delay can feel a bit noticeableespecially when I am trying to work through multiple leads quickly.

Feature-rich and very satisfying

Pros

It works really well overall and my experience with it has been very positive. It feels polished in use and from my side, the platform comes with a very good set of features that make it quite satisfying to work on. What stands out to me most is how capable it feels for day to day tasks and I genuinely think it performs very well.

Cons

I did notice a small issue with buffering at times and from what I have experienced, the next page can open a bit slowly on occasion. It's not a major problem for me but I feel this part can definitely be improved to make the overall experience even better.

Useful filtering experience

Pros

the filtering works in a very practical way for what I need and I can quickly see the results I am looking for. I find that using the filters helps me sort things more clearly and makes the whole process feel more organized.

Cons

Personally, I did run into some confusion with the no-paper form filterespecially when trying to use it in the right way. I feel that part could be explained or structured better because it was not very clear to me while using it.

Helpful filters for daily use

Pros

I really like how often I can use the filters and they make my regular work much more convenient. the platform feels practical because those filtering options help me find what I need without wasting time.

Cons

Pros

I find Meritto very user friendly and it helps me keep track of daily lead churn without any hassle. everything is laid out clearlyso I can quickly find the information I need during the day.

Cons

One thing I really appreciate is that when a student tries to call, I get notified right away. that instant notification is helpful because it keeps me updated and lets me respond on time.

Helpful lead tracking features

Pros

I find it really convenient to manage leads in Meritto and pull them up whenever I need them. The data stays organized and properly maintained which helps me a lot while handling daily work. both the admission tracking and lead management features work really well. I also like using the quick add optionbecause it makes adding new leads much faster and more practical for me.

Cons

I notice that the platform takes longer than expected to respond. When I apply multiple filters, it can also start lagging which makes the experience a bit frustrating for me.

Powerful automation and campaigns

Pros

What I have really enjoyed about Meritto is how well it handles marketing automations and campaign management. these features have helped me stay organized and manage outreach in a much more effective way. I also like NIAA, as it adds useful value to the overall platform and supports the workflow nicely.

Cons

One thing I still feel should be added is the NIAA session report. In my usage, that's a feature I'd definitely like to see implemented because it would make tracking and reviewing sessions much more complete.

Convenient and user-friendly

Pros

What I like about Meritto is that it feels simple to use without too many technical complications getting in the way. that makes the whole experience more convenient and comfortableespecially when I just want to get things done without spending extra time figuring things out.

Cons

One thing I feel could be improved is lead sorting. In my experience more attention should be given to that area so managing and organizing leads becomes better and more efficient.

Frequent error pages hold it back

Pros

I can usually get the information I need from Merittoso it does serve the basic purpose for me. That said my experience has only been okay overall because I still feel the platform needs a lot of improvement. At times it works well enough to pull up details but the repeated error pages make it feel less dependable than it should be.

Cons

What frustrates me most is how often the system shows an error page while I am trying to use it. I may still be able to get the information sometimes but the constant errors really interrupt the experience and make the platform feel unfinished. From my side, it definitely needs a lot more improvement to become consistently reliable.

Customized crm that fits well

Pros

What I like most is how well the platform can be tailored to different user needs. I have found it to be a great CRM and data management tool overall and for my use case it performs especially well when paired with Exotel.

Cons

One issue I have noticed comes up during longer calls, where only part of the information gets filled in. While I am still on the call, NPF sometimes logs out automatically which makes it frustrating for me to search for the lead again and update the details. The call pop-up also works only rarelyso when a call comes in, I often have a hard time identifying the right lead quickly. NPF also fails to generate leads and lately that has been happening more often. During periods of heavy call volume, this turns into a much bigger problem for me.

Fast alerts and timely reminders

Pros

The thing that impresses me most every single day is how fast Meritto works and how reliable the reminders are. I have found that the notifications usually come right on time which really helps me stay on top of things without having to keep checking manually. that speed and punctuality have been the best parts of using it.

Cons

The only issue I have noticed with Meritto is that it crashes once in a while. Other than that, I really haven't had any major complaints but those occasional crashes can be a bit frustrating when they happen.

Helpful admission support

Pros

I have found the CARM really simple to work with and the filters have been especially useful for managing things better. This integration has supported me a lot during the admission process and made my work much more manageable.

Cons

What I do feelthough, is that the dashboard could use some improvement. In my experience there also seem to be a few bugs here and there that should be fixed.

Calling worksespecially support falls short

Pros

Meritto is fairly simple to use when it comes to making calls and the connection during calls has been reliable enough for basic communication. I was able to get started without much confusionespecially for calling-related tasks.

Cons

What really bothered me was the customer connection and support experience. I felt like reaching the right customer or getting proper help was not as easy as it should have been and the assistance I needed did not come through in a very helpful way.

Really happy with meritto

Pros

My overall experience with Meritto NoPaperForms has been very positive so far. I have been using it and everything has worked well so I am genuinely satisfied with how it's performing.

Cons

At this point, I honestly have no complaints about NoPaperForms. From what I have seen so far, everything is going well and I haven't run into any issues worth mentioning.
