The Meritto software is easy to use. Also it is simple to download files from it and the files we get are always correct.

It takes too long to access and download the different forms available.

Meritto really simplifies my workday. The automation features were outstanding too.

I never miss my targets because all my follow-ups are up to date and the automation makes the work much simpler. In short I have no dislikes to share.

The student dashboard is very plain and I feel like the customer service response times should be based on how urgent the issue is.

I am not getting pre-verified leads and I also do not get a notification for every new lead that comes in.

Meritto interface is clean and the quick filters for new leads are something I find very handy.

Managing follow-up data is a real hassle. The filters are not precise enough to pull specific data sets, the lead list refreshes completely after an update and adding a new filter automatically turns off the previous one which annoys me.

Candidate statuses are clearly visible and we can mark someone as Absent without opening their full file which is the best. Overall it is a simple process.

The system is very slow. I wish I could use the TAB key to move quickly between data entry fields.

I love how it is simple to use and navigate. It also helps us maintain a clear record of any follow-ups and updates we need.

It does not currently support phone number verification in my country but it does supply me with high-quality leads.

Pros

What I like is that Meritto offers different versions for different organizations and it runs smoothly. Dispositions are clearly marked and I get calendar notifications on time for seamless follow-ups.

The data does not sync promptly which hurts our efficiency. Also the PC version is not as good as the mobile app.

The tracking system is excellent, we can monitor every single one of our responses.

Umm the mobile app keeps refreshing on its own constantly which is very disruptive.

One thing I like a lot is that by applying various filters, we can identify the right leads to call in real-time.

The admission payment page shows a limit of 10 Lakhs which confuses and worries students. They think their fee is that high so we have to explain it's just a maximum limit. This misunderstanding has caused some students to cancel their online payments.

The app is user-friendly and easily customizable to fit my needs and requirements.

I do not have many cons to mention but I suggest adding certain features to the Application Manager. It would also be helpful to have short training sessions whenever new features are introduced.
