Pros
The data management in Meritto is excellent as it is designed to handle even the smallest details we need.
Cons
It asks for an OTP every time I log in unless I use the remember password option. So I feel like it could be more efficient if it had a few additional settings to streamline this.

Pros
Calling leads is much faster because we can easily copy, paste and dial numbers which saves a lot of time.
Cons
The notes section is not as visually appealing as it is in LeadSquare. Like we have to scroll a lot to find dated remarks which is not ideal.

“One of the best filtering features available!
Pros
The filtering feature is one of the best. There are countless filters available and we can apply multiple ones at once to get exactly what we need. The follow-up reminder is also great for recalling past conversations.
Cons
The new Event feature is causing a problem. As when we update a lead's status and write a note, it now creates an Event instead of a Follow-up. This is an issue because our daily list of people to call only shows Follow-ups, so now we cannot see who we need to contact.

Pros
To me the best aspect is its all-in-one approach to admissions. The live analytics and lead tracking give us a clear view of every applicant's status. Plus the ability to customize workflows, automate tasks and improve communication makes the entire process much more efficient.
Cons
A major downside is that the platform can feel overwhelming with its many features and settings. New users often face a steep learning curve and setting up integrations can take a lot of our time. So I feel like better onboarding guides and simpler integration steps would really improve the experience.
