Cons

For the past year, I've been using this platform with my team and it's made remote collaboration so much easier during the pandemic. I can track progress, assign tasks based on skills and see exactly what everyone is working on. Because of this, I honestly feel like our company has become far more efficient.
Cons
I've been using this software for over a year now and while it works great overall, I did face some issues with the dashboard display at the beginning due to customization settings. Thankfully, the support team quickly helped fix the problem and has always been available on chat to assist whenever needed.

I've seen this program cover so many needs in one place. From sales and marketing to IT, customer service, product management and back office tasks, it gives teams quick access to client details and transaction records which is very useful.
Cons
If a CRM isn't properly set up from the start, it can become difficult and frustrating to use for me. Many CRMs also seem more focused on management needs rather than supporting salespeople directly. I noticed that the high subscription costs and without a great plan, the system risks becoming cluttered with irrelevant data instead of being a helpful tool.

This application feels very complete to me. It has features for accounting, CRM, sales dashboards, marketing through email and SMS, customer support, inventory, pipeline tracking, workflow and project management. On top of that, it helps my team to manage budgets, track time and cost and keeps tasks under control until they're finished.
Cons
