Pros

This platform has helped me connect all my business verticals within the organization. I've been able to generate almost any type of report quickly which has been a huge benefit.

Cons

With this tool, I can easily track leads from marketing, sales and customer service. The only thing I'd ask from the team is to send regular updates or newsletters showcasing innovative features and new ways to use the platform.
