The perfect CRM for my e-commerce business

Pros

It integrates seamlessly with my HTML-based site, assisting me with lead generation, management, and newsletters (saving me headaches from third-party apps). It's been a game-changer for my business.

Cons

It's expensive, no doubt about it. Oracle comes with significant costs, which I can manage now that my traffic has grown. But early on, I had to opt for something more budget-friendly.

great tool for CRM

Pros

I find it very intuitive. I love the workspace where I can effortlessly access accounts, set filters, adjust appearance, and display relevant columns for my tasks. The mobile app is also impressive, although due to limited travel during COVID, most team members haven't fully utilized its capabilities.

Cons

The display needs to be able to show more rows.

Pros

This excellent CRM provides all the necessary tools to maintain strong customer relationships. Oracle CRM features everything from robust Lead Management to advanced Analytics and Reporting, it's intuitive and simpleor training new users.

Cons

I generally prefer simplicity, but having extensive capabilities is not a downside. However, some users may find it overwhelming. I'd suggest guiding new agents through a structured onboarding process.

Pros

The standout feature for us was the ability to send prospects presentation slides directly from the CRM. This feature allowed us to track when slides were opened and how much time was spent on each slide, providing valuable insights.

Cons

Initially, I found the user interface a bit challenging to grasp. There shouldn't be a need to input things multiple times.

Great software, very efficient and have a very intricate UI

Pros

Oracle CRM on Demand is a fantastic software with a very intuitive interface. Setting it up was quite straightforward, and it operates smoothly. It enables me to track all customer orders, providing comprehensive details from delivery arrivals to customer information. Although it took some time to grasp its functions and interface initially, additional training made everything clearer and easier to use. For those preferring simpler tools, options like Salesforce are available, but overall, Oracle CRM on Demand is exceptional with minimal drawbacks.

Pros

Perfect for managing multiple sales teams across different locations, with excellent integration capabilities, especially with Office365. It's completely intuitive, fostering collaboration and teamwork, superior report generation and customization, and swift information retrieval for opportunities and budgets.

Cons

It's a bit slow and requires experienced internal support for optimal results. It's pricey for small companies, and the user experience, especially on mobile devices, is not ideal. The interface isn't visually appealing, and workflows and email notifications are lacking.

This program is excellent for consolidating information on different clients and projects into one easy-to-use platform. It saves us a lot of time and manpower in organization. It's easy to use and easy to train new users on, especially if you're familiar with their other products.

Cons
