Best CRM ever!

Pros

I had no trouble setting up this app at all and it was super easy to get started! The design is clean and interactive and the whole user experience just feels really smooth.

Cons

For the price, I was hoping for a few more features and functions. It's good but adding more would definitely make it even better.

Helps significantly improve sales!

Pros

I have had a great experience with Pipeliner. It has really helped us in sales forecasting. This makes it easy for us to come up with a centralized system for storing contacts and managing our sales. Best part is that it also comes with a tracking feature.

Cons

I think the integration can get better. Everytime I wanna integrate it with some other system, I have to deal with a lot of things and there are also a number of limitations which makes the process difficult.

An amazing CRM

Pros

Pipeliner has a lot of features which are great. In our experience, the organization of data management proved to be really helpful. The automation features are also impressive because they save us a lot of hassle.

Cons

I would appreciate if there were some instructions on how to create custom reports for specific requirements. I find this should be looked into.

Easy to manage prospect flow with it

Pros

The UI of the software is really smooth and efficient, the automations are great for organization and AI just helps improve the overall process. Pipeliner also makes it easy for us to track potential clients which is a really important and helpful feature.

A pretty solid product!

Pros

Pipeliner is very well-designed, the visuals of this software are really pleasing. A big plus point is that you can easily track sales leads through pipelines in kanban view. Honestly, its one of the best CRMs we have used so far.

Cons

Advanced features were lacking, such as marketing and workflow automation. Also, the price was fairly high for a basic CRM, we felt there were better choices for our money.

A highly efficient tool!

I really like the ease with which i can use this software. It has some great options for reporting and tracking sales is such a big relief, it makes everything so easy.

Cons

The inability to update a colleagues accounts without prior permission, if they are on AL or have not shared the details, can sometimes be frustrating.

Pros

This is the best tool for your CRM

Pros

I think that Pipeliner CRM is an authentic service to help improve sales since it allows and has a wide range of functions with amazing characteristics, which are: Pipeline analysis where it allows you to see an instant reading and that makes it possible to interrupt to advise instead of selling, it also offers exclusive sales files for the archives since it saves all the data, study evaluation and its processes carried out at the time of sales. It has extremely well-developed support that responds instantly to any questions about the service and solves problems quickly and efficiently.

Cons

What we dislike a bit is the voice indication function which is responsible for indicating the tasks and scheduled dates on events and meetings among others, it has a problem which usually falls and the voice is not heard due to audio problems in the function. I hope they can solve this complication since it is a nuisance because time is wasted and it does not indicate the saved tasks on certain occasions.

Really love its simplicity

I really appreciate how simple it is to set up Pipeliner CRM. Its easy-to-navigate interface makes getting started and managing tasks easy without unnecessary complications and steps.

Cons

I dont really dislike anything, however, it would be great if Pipeliner had a capacity to send out an open door record into a PowerPoint show. That was the situation with contracts and email sequencing. As I deal with the autonomous clients from our existing framework, this caused many issues with our clients.

Pipeliner is the perfect choice for us.

Pros

Operation is child's play and easy to understand. All essential information can be easily edited and presented. Thanks to the intuitive filter function, we analyze large amounts of data quickly to draw the correct conclusions. Particularly important is the support from Liz Young. What I like the best about Pipeliner CRM is that I can manage my Sales and Opportunities easily through both the mobile App and the cloud implementation. We can also directly send data from email to Pipeliner CRM without the need to go to the CRM application. A manager can easily see which lead has a high probability of closing from the application.
