I had no trouble setting up this app at all and it was super easy to get started! The design is clean and interactive and the whole user experience just feels really smooth.
Cons

I have had a great experience with Pipeliner. It has really helped us in sales forecasting. This makes it easy for us to come up with a centralized system for storing contacts and managing our sales. Best part is that it also comes with a tracking feature.
Cons
I think the integration can get better. Everytime I wanna integrate it with some other system, I have to deal with a lot of things and there are also a number of limitations which makes the process difficult.

Pipeliner is very well-designed, the visuals of this software are really pleasing. A big plus point is that you can easily track sales leads through pipelines in kanban view. Honestly, its one of the best CRMs we have used so far.
Cons
Advanced features were lacking, such as marketing and workflow automation. Also, the price was fairly high for a basic CRM, we felt there were better choices for our money.

I think that Pipeliner CRM is an authentic service to help improve sales since it allows and has a wide range of functions with amazing characteristics, which are: Pipeline analysis where it allows you to see an instant reading and that makes it possible to interrupt to advise instead of selling, it also offers exclusive sales files for the archives since it saves all the data, study evaluation and its processes carried out at the time of sales. It has extremely well-developed support that responds instantly to any questions about the service and solves problems quickly and efficiently.
Cons
What we dislike a bit is the voice indication function which is responsible for indicating the tasks and scheduled dates on events and meetings among others, it has a problem which usually falls and the voice is not heard due to audio problems in the function. I hope they can solve this complication since it is a nuisance because time is wasted and it does not indicate the saved tasks on certain occasions.
