Cons

As a sales manager I love the way reporting features in Pipeliner with options include standard reports, pivot table reports, advanced business intelligence reports, forecast reports or performance dashboard reports and all anyone can create and use these reports, quickly, easily and powerfully.

Pipeliner is a very good tool, even if we only use it for Contact Management.

Pros

The customer service and support of Pipeliner CRM, especially during migration, are commended.

Cons

The only thing I would say while the customer service is good, it would be nice to be able to call a hotline and get immediate support. This is still a nice touch with any company, but contacting support through email is not the worst thing.

Cons

Our work team has not presented complications when implementing CRM pipeliner, however at first it was a bit confusing to configure it but only that, it took us a little time, but nothing else. Now the whole team is able to configure it quickly when making any changes. We are happy.

We have previously used other CRM softwares but based on our experience, comparing performance, productivity and objectives achieved, we have no doubt that Pipeliner has been the best and is two steps ahead of the others. We have not presented problems, only some minor failures but nothing to worry about, we solve quickly and continue working smoothly.

Pipeliner CRM is the key CRM for the sales and client success group of the user's company. The transition from Salesforce.com to Pipeliner was driven by cost savings and a desire for a tool with a more dynamic feature set. The visual customer interface of the opportunity pipeline and social media integrations were particularly appealing. Integrations with LinkedIn and other social networks provide seamless connections. The Pipeliner team, from the CEO to support and marketing, has been excellent to deal with, showing a genuine concern for the success of their customers.

Cons

Our combination from Salesforce.com was a little tough and also we experienced some sluggish speeds, but a lot of that resulted from the multitude of documents we were generating. On top of that, we did not employ Pipeliner assistance to assist us. We did it on our very own. Those concerns have actually all been settled.
