What I like the best about Pipeliner CRM is that I can manage my Sales and Opportunities easily through both the mobile App and the cloud implementation. We can also directly send data from email to Pipeliner CRM without the need to go to the CRM application. A manager can easily see which lead has a high probability of closing from the application.

Cons

Pipeliner CRM has some delay when you open it up for the first time in a day
