“simple tracking & daily follow ups
Pros
Tracking opportunities and follow ups daily is simple for me. With options to sort by line, customer and contact make my work more organized.
Cons
One thing I keep wishing for is a proper way to reconcile open POs with what's left to ship and the commissions tied to them. I'd find it very useful to see this broken down by line and customer in a single report.

“complete CRM with mobile & desktop access
Pros
I like how complete the CRM feels, integrating with our manufacturers while remaining easy to use both on mobile and desktop.
Cons
For me, there's very little to dislike. The system may look a bit dated but it works smoothly. I've used flashier CRMs that don't integrate well with mobile and feel glitchy so I value function over design here.

Cons
When I use the Outlook plugin, I find it helpful but sometimes frustrating as the response could be quicker and more reliable.
