simple tracking & daily follow ups

Pros

Tracking opportunities and follow ups daily is simple for me. With options to sort by line, customer and contact make my work more organized.

Cons

One thing I keep wishing for is a proper way to reconcile open POs with what's left to ship and the commissions tied to them. I'd find it very useful to see this broken down by line and customer in a single report.

complete CRM with mobile & desktop access

Pros

I like how complete the CRM feels, integrating with our manufacturers while remaining easy to use both on mobile and desktop.

Cons

For me, there's very little to dislike. The system may look a bit dated but it works smoothly. I've used flashier CRMs that don't integrate well with mobile and feel glitchy so I value function over design here.

Pros

Pulling data to share with clients and manufacturers is powerful for me, especially when showing progress and job tracking results.

Cons

On the mobile side, I think tool's site could definitely use some work to improve the experience.

user friendly with great integration

Pros

I enjoy the easy usability, smooth Outlook integration, mobile access and reporting tools, along with the steady improvements being rolled out.

Cons

When I use the Outlook plugin, I find it helpful but sometimes frustrating as the response could be quicker and more reliable.

Pros

Sales can feel chaotic but this tool makes my routine manageable with its incredible ease of use when I need it most.

Cons

I really don't see major cons. If anything, I'd appreciate an email alert when a PO is entered under my market, though I already check daily anyway.

User friendly with easy data input

Pros

For me, the CRM is user friendly, easy to input data and perfect for running reports for principals, I especially like the Outlook plug in for tagging opportunities.

Cons

Occasionally, I notice glitches with email outreach and the mapping features could be polished further for smoother use.

Cons
