“Guides outreach from start to finish
Pros
Overall it is a great sales intel platform that guides me through the whole outreach workflow, starting with prospecting and finding contacts and ending with crafting and sending emails that actually get opened and generate replies.
Cons
A small issue I have is with the contact list. while it's fairly comprehensive already, I'd like the team to enrich it with additional data.

“offers excellent support
Pros
The sequence builder is pretty easy to use across email, LinkedIn and phone channels and it offers the best tools that help with cold outreach. It syncs with Pipedrive. Whenever I have run into problems the tech and account support have been excellent as every time I report an issue their team replies quickly and fixes things effectively.
Cons
It's not possible to import company information right now so I end up having to create custom fields for individual contacts that reflect their organizations which makes the Pipedrive integration weaker in that area. Also, the more useful capabilities are locked behind paid subscription tiers which I suppose is to be expected.

What I like most about Reply is how easy it is to use and how much time it saves by automating follow-ups. I also value the range of personalization settings available which help the messages feel less like templates and more like real emails. When my team uses HubSpot, it syncs all messages so the contact record stays up to date as well automatically too.

Working as an SDR, my favorite thing about Reply.io is how strong its email automation is. The platform makes creating and running email sequences way too easy which saves me lots of time and keeps follow-ups consistent with prospects across different prospect lists. On top of that their support staff is excellent as they respond quickly and offer clear fixes.

Even though Reply.io works well overall, I find it can be a little intimidating for users who are brand new to it. After just two months using the platform, I still sometimes feel uncertain about how to make full use of all its features effectively. More detailed tutorials or guides would really help me ramp up faster and feel confident. I have also run into a few minor bugs but the support team has been quick to resolve them every time.

Pros
I can view every statistic clearly. My open rates went up, even for companies that never opened messages through HubSpot. Their customer support is available 24/7 and makes an effort to resolve issues fast. Also it's easy to use and integrates well.
Cons
At first the application didn't function properly though I believe the most recent update is helping to fix those issues.
