I am impressed by the clean UI and how sturdy the platform feels. plus I appreciate the wide range of integrations and the responsive support team.
Cons
A few features required technical know-how when I first used them but customer support always resolves anything quickly so it never became a big issue.

Reply is easy to set up and use. It simplified building campaigns, reviewing results and turning responses into tracked items or tasks. I also valued the suggestions about email readability and the predicted likelihood that recipients would reply promptly.
Cons
For me the CRM integration felt a bit glitchy. I believe Reply could serve as a CRM for small businesses if it added just a few more features to cover basic needs.

“Predatory billing, forced to pay”
Pros
The only feature I genuinely liked about this tool was the LinkedIn multi-channel outreach which worked well when it stayed connected unfortunately it kept dropping the connection over and over.
Cons
I felt the company was really predatory about pricing and renewals they never gave me any notice and simply auto-charged my card without being transparent about it. There's no self-serve option to cancel or remove your credit card from the platform. you're forced to contact support directly just to make changes. When I attempted to cancel, they still hit me with a $500 charge because I was three days past the renewal date which made no sense to me since their website lists a monthly rate of $90. This whole experience left me frustrated and I wouldn't recommend their service to anyone especially when there are many other tools that handle renewals and customer support much more reasonably.
