Pros

Being able to easily templatize Sequences and get them set up has made my workflow much smoother and I end up saving a lot of manual effort and precious time.

Cons

Unfortunately, Chrome compatibility is pretty spotty these days. I often have to disable and then re-enable the browser extension several times before it finally starts working reliably.

Pros

As a user, I find their customer support outstanding and I think the software itself is really simple to use.

Cons

I honestly cannot think of anything major to complain about aside from a handful of features that are a bit harder to locate, yet their team is helpful and points me in the right direction.

Real people resolve issues

Pros

As someone who runs a marketing agency, I tested many platforms before choosing Reply. What really convinced me was the follow-up after I reached out as they patiently answered all my questions and made me feel confident moving forward. They even helped with setup, campaign setup and small troubleshooting tips. Now that I am using it, their support stands out as I can chat with real people who make sure issues are fully resolved. The tool itself is reliable as we have not had any deliverability problems which is what matters most. The layout is also simple, making it easy to manage and organize clients. Overall I am happy with my choice and would definitely recommend it.

Cons

As far as the platform goes, I honestly have no real complaints it does exactly what it promises and performs reliably. If I am being picky, the one minor annoyance is that I would have liked to try their new Data feature without needing to spend credits while it's still in beta. That said, it's not a major issue for me because I didn't sign up with Reply specifically for that capability. it's more of an optional add-on than a core reason I chose the service.

I thought the setup and campaign management were really smooth. From uploading prospects to crafting sequences, the platform is easy to navigate and gets the job done effectively.

Cons

Unfortunately, the tool didn't include automatic email warm-up and that caused my emails to have delivery problems, with messages not reaching recipients inboxes reliably.

Reply has been great as it is very efficient and makes reaching out to clients and leads really simple. I especially like the feature that pulls employee emails from just a company name. I can also quickly filter the results which saves me a lot of time.

Cons
