“Online booking is simple

Pros

Booking online is simple and I never have trouble finding a hotel in whatever area I need. There is barely any administration required on my end.

Cons

It is not easy to get a clear understanding of company policy or book a specific hotel sometimes.

It is very easy to use and the team is always helpful except when my job gets cancelled at short notice. That part is frustrating but it is not really their fault.

There is no option to cancel at any time when work gets cancelled which can be frustrating.

It does not include all hotels in the area so the choice can feel somewhat limited at times.

Roomex makes it easy for me to look around, compare prices and book rooms on account without any hassle. The web portal is easy to use and the filtering options actually help me narrow things down.

You do not find out a hotel is fully booked until you actually select it. Being able to filter out hotels with no availability for my chosen dates would be a nice improvement.

This platform is very user friendly and the staff are always helpful whenever I reach out.

I do not think you can improve it anymore honestly. It seems to work really well as it is.

I can book quickly and get approvals fast, which is ideal for my workflow. There is a good variety of hotels to suit whatever budget I am working with and having that allowance voucher makes things much easier when I arrive at the location.

Cons

Sometimes the pricing may be a little out when compared to other sites but I understand there may be a slight compromise between price, availability and functionality.
