“The best for organized and accurate data

“confusing layout
Pros
The itemized lists are my favourite feature because they make finding individual entries much simpler.
Cons
The interface can be a bit confusing at first because some menus and features aren't as intuitive as they could be. There's a learning curve to finding where everything is located.

“exceptionally powerful and adaptable CRM
Pros
I have to say, this is an exceptionally powerful CRM with a huge variety of tools, functions and customization options that suit almost any sales setting. After five years of using it, I have seen firsthand how effectively it can adapt to any sales process.
Cons
The high level of customization makes the platform sometimes difficult to manage. Plus it sometimes handles complex problems while missing simpler ones I actually need solved.

“fairly user-friendly and fast for editing
Pros
It is very user-friendly and fast for opening and editing information. I also find it simple to set up and tailor to each business.
Cons
I feel like the tab system could be improved as it sometimes opens a new window instead of a tab. Also the Einstein Call Insights feature isn't fully developed yet and often misinterprets what I say.

“Fantastic central hub for company collaboration
Pros
Personally, I think this is a fantastic central hub for storing information and collaborating across the entire company on data entry. It is also highly customizable especially when we work with their team.
Cons
New users need time to get comfortable with it likely because there are so many features to explore. So it takes a while to learn our way around.

“easy to use
Pros
It is very easy for a sales engineer to use and the data analysis feature is a standout to be honest.
Cons
I think for material requirements planning, an SDP system works much better than Salesforce.

“Incredible advanced features
Pros
My favorite part of it is how well it connects with other services. It also has incredible, advanced features that support company growth. The platform definitely meets my specific needs especially when I use the dashboards and reports.
Cons
One of my main issue with it is its complexity for new users, especially when navigating the interface. I wish they provided some formal training, as there is just so much to learn.

“flexible all-in-one crm solution
Pros
I've found Salesforce incredibly flexible. I love that sales, deal reviews, and client service are all on one platform. Best of all, its workflow system automates the tedious manual work that used to tie up our sales and revenue ops teams.
Cons
The rollout of the AI Agents took longer than we initially anticipated.

“User-friendly reporting and forecasting features
Pros
I really like the reporting and forecasting features. Once you have had some training, it is quite user-friendly and easy to navigate
Cons
It becomes easy to use for routine tasks after training but the training process itself is very thorough and can feel drawn-out.

“Completely transformed our workflow
Pros
Love how it completely transforms how we connect with our customers by providing tools that enhance those relationships. What's really valuable is that it works for any business size. Whether you're a small team of 10 or a large enterprise, you can use their AI agents to handle more customer conversations without adding more staff.
Cons
Currently I do not have any complaints about it. We have been using it for nearly two years and it's been a great asset. Our team picked it up quickly and everyone can create their own shortcuts to make customer interactions even smoother.
