My top choice for handling large datasets

Pros

We can handle the import and export of very large datasets which makes it my top choice.

Cons

confusing layout

Pros

The itemized lists are my favourite feature because they make finding individual entries much simpler.

Cons

The interface can be a bit confusing at first because some menus and features aren't as intuitive as they could be. There's a learning curve to finding where everything is located.

exceptionally powerful and adaptable CRM

Pros

I have to say, this is an exceptionally powerful CRM with a huge variety of tools, functions and customization options that suit almost any sales setting. After five years of using it, I have seen firsthand how effectively it can adapt to any sales process.

Cons

The high level of customization makes the platform sometimes difficult to manage. Plus it sometimes handles complex problems while missing simpler ones I actually need solved.

fairly user-friendly and fast for editing

Pros

It is very user-friendly and fast for opening and editing information. I also find it simple to set up and tailor to each business.

Cons

I feel like the tab system could be improved as it sometimes opens a new window instead of a tab. Also the Einstein Call Insights feature isn't fully developed yet and often misinterprets what I say.

Incredible advanced features

Pros

My favorite part of it is how well it connects with other services. It also has incredible, advanced features that support company growth. The platform definitely meets my specific needs especially when I use the dashboards and reports.

Cons

Cons
