Pros

The software keeps all my potential customers and deals organized. I even closed a deal faster because it reminded me to follow up at just the right time.

Cons

Many useful tools are hidden within sub-menus so it often takes me a while to locate what I am looking for.

Pros

It brings all my essential information together seamlessly from client records and prospect lists to syncing with my Microsoft Office calendar which saves me a ton of manual work.

Cons

The system can slow down when I am viewing a long list of tasks or have many tabs open at once.

A Complete Package

Pros

I value the wide range of features and capabilities it provides. Training staff on it is simple too and it is a complete package for handling leads, contacts and customers to help you close more deals.

Cons

Very simple to use and reliable

Pros

It is very simple to use. After you download it, everything just works. I never had to uninstall and reinstall it to get it functioning correctly.

Cons

I cannot really think of any downsides. I suppose they could improve some of the dropdown menus.

As a sales rep, I rely on Salesforce daily. The analytics help me spot opportunities to speed up my own deals, and the visual dashboards are perfect for quickly checking my progress. Knowing the platform has strong security makes me confident when handling customer information. Most of all, the CRM tools are just efficient, they help me keep all my customer details and past conversations straight, so I can be more effective in every interaction
