I value the wide range of features and capabilities it provides. Training staff on it is simple too and it is a complete package for handling leads, contacts and customers to help you close more deals.
Cons

It is very simple to use. After you download it, everything just works. I never had to uninstall and reinstall it to get it functioning correctly.
