“provides overview predictive insights
Pros
Salesforce is great because it gives you a clear picture of your sales pipeline, active deals, and what revenue to expect. It also automates the boring stuff, helps predict what might happen next, and shows you which leads to focus on first
Cons
There is this one thing that confuses everyone which is the vast number of tools, menus and settings.

“Incredibly detailed reporting and analytics
Pros
The reporting and analytics are incredibly detailed, giving us a complete picture of our performance. The platform also offers extensive customization making it perfectly suited for tailored strategies that meet specific business needs.
Cons
Getting started with it can be a bit daunting due to the amount there is to learn. Also I noticed getting a fully functional system running for everyone also requires a considerable investment of time and budget.

“Its great but setup and data transfer is difficult
Pros
Salesforce and Ironclad work great. I have been able to create automation from quote to PO to streamline our contracting process and eliminate errors. Salesforce is highly customizable which allows flexibility to make the system work for our needs. Office works great as well for collaboration and document sharing/storing.
Cons
Our quick base tool is terrible. I think we never had someone who could set it up and manage it properly so now it is pretty difficult and the thought of how to move to a different system and migrate bad data is very overwhelming.

“Good features not the most user-friendly
Pros
The Quoting tools, reports and dashboards are great.
Cons
It is not as easy to use and set up. Data is often lost and checks/balances are missing which is a problem for us.

“A solid product
Pros
Salesforce is super customizable, making it easy for our team to track everything we need. The reporting tools are solid and give us clear insights, and it works smoothly with the rest of our software. Plus, the support is top-notch, so were always covered.
Cons
The cost just doesn't make sense to us, and sometimes it can feel limited in customization options.

“A work essential
Pros

“Better look for other options
Pros
To be honest, there is not anything about this software that stands out to me.
Cons
Salesforce can be very expensive and most new features require a costly "module" and a consultant to help us configure. And forecasting future sales/deals is a manual process that takes a lot of our time. Linking client overall profitability to past sales is also difficult.

“smart features speed up work
Pros
Personally the number of AI-driven features has helped me get results much faster and streamline many tasks.
Cons
I keep finding that many essential, basic features haven't been released yet so I end up building lots of custom solutions to fill those gaps.

“built for teams, not for me
Pros
The product is good but it isn't built for solo users like me. An administrator is required and I am not one.
Cons
For me it's way too hard to figure out how to install and operate by myself.

“Notes keep me organized
Pros
For me the notes and tasks features are really useful and easy to use and they genuinely help me stay organized throughout my day.
Cons
I find the autocorrect suggestions in the tasks section get in the way and often change what I type which is annoying when I am adding quick reminders.

“offer full control over lead data
Pros
Salesforce is a go-to CRM for monitoring every part of my leads and marketing efforts. Its flow builder gives me full control over lead sources and sub-sources which makes reporting and segmenting my data easy.
Cons
Initially, I found it quite challenging to get around and learn how everything works.

“interface dated and personalization limited
Pros
It is extremely easy to operate as I didn't have to study IT because it's fundamentally simple to use.
Cons
To me the interface feels dated and I cannot personalize it much since I am unable to build all the custom blocks I'd like to make it unique.

“smart tools that work together
Pros
Salesforce platform provides strong analytics, reliable automation and smooth, hassle-free integrations that make managing customer relationships and driving sales much easier.
Cons
For me the biggest drawbacks are the high pricing and a steep learning curve which can feel overwhelming for early-stage startups.

“small team, still very helpful
Pros
Even though we're a small business where only two of us actually use the system, I find it really helpful for keeping client databases and individual client accounts organized. I really appreciate having a simple method to monitor outstanding tasks in Cases and to follow accounts moving through Opportunities. Plus being able to generate reports from different client data has proven to be very valuable.
Cons
I find it somewhat challenging to adjust the layout and templates when I need to and that can be frustrating. I would also love more flexibility with List Emails so I could customize them better to fit our needs and preferences.

“Easy to use, reports shine
Pros
Salesforce is really easy to use. Plus its clean, simple interface makes navigating and accessing every feature not a problem. The reporting capabilities are particularly impressive as they generate very insightful reports that help me get a clear picture of how our sales efforts are performing. There are plenty of automation options too which let us streamline and automate many of our selling tasks. The platform's advanced sales analytics make it easier to spot trends and project future revenue and the built-in collaboration tools help our team coordinate and work together throughout the sales process.
Cons
Honestly I cannot recall any aspect of that let me down. there's truly nothing I would point to as a dislike.
