Pros
The tool includes everything I need to boost sales. It even comes with a mobile app so I can manage things on the go. I can add contacts, prospects and vendors and I can schedule task reminders. For me it provides everything required to make sales.
Cons
Still haven't figured out whether I can import contacts to add them in bulk which would have made adding them much easier.

Well it is very easy for users to gain access and it really helps everyone get around the system.
Cons
For me it requires too many steps and I feel it doesn't integrate with Outlook as seamlessly as other solutions do.

What I appreciate most about Salesforce Engage is how deeply I can customize it. it also provides a comprehensive set of tools that handle the entire sales workflow. I have found the Process Builder capabilities especially valuable for sales teams making automation and pipeline management much easier for me.
Cons
For my small business, the cost of Salesforce feels a bit steep. while I value the deep customization, I needed technical training to get everything set up and running.

For me the organization and convenience really stand out. it's simple to use, has a clean layout and everything is easy to access.
Cons
I felt like I was dropped into it without any guidance. nobody walks you through how to navigate it so it truly takes a while to get comfortable.

I am a fan of the many capabilities Salesforce provides. Since I manage a fairly healthy book of business, I especially appreciate the Service Alerts & Notifications. That tool helps me keep things organized and lets me track revenue uplifts with clients so I can better preserve and grow my accounts.
Cons
My least favorite part of Salesforce is having to set up filters as I don't really understand how to build them and would benefit from clearer guidance or training so I can make better use of that functionality.

In my experience it really streamlines my workflow. The app is a terrific organizer that makes day-to-day work much simpler. It's highly effective and, thanks to its features, I and my coworkers are able to finish more tasks than usual.
Cons
What I liked least were all the mandatory Salesforce training videos we had to watch. they felt tedious and took up a lot of my time instead of being genuinely helpful.

The interface is really easy to use and because everything was organized so clearly I had no trouble locating exactly what I was searching for.
Cons
Every now and then it would crash out of nowhere which I understand can happen with apps and occasionally I couldn't access pages because they returned a 404 error.

In my experience with many different software solutions, I have been able to configure options to tweak settings, enable or disable features and shape workflows so they fit my company's processes.
Cons
I find the pricing structure annoying because it's usually charged per user which means expenses can balloon quickly once more people need access.

What I really appreciated was that every metric and piece of customer data was available and simple to locate. plus I liked that the cloud storage could be reached by everyone on my team.
Cons
