Pros
What I appreciate is that the platform teaches you how to ensure the company's sales operations run smoothly and efficiently, guiding the team to maintain a consistent and effective sales function.
Cons
To be honest I found it somewhat difficult to use when I was starting out and it required quite a bit of time for me to get the hang of everything.

“Flexible system, deep reporting
Pros
The platform's flexibility and the in-depth reporting tools are really valuable. they let me and my team configure the system precisely to match our company's unique workflows and requirements.
Cons
For me the user interface often seems intimidating particularly for people who are new to the system. additionally the steep learning curve combined with occasional slowdowns in responsiveness made things harder to adopt.

“cloud platform grows with you
Pros
To me the cloud-based platform is very convenient and easy to manage, with strong scalability. There's a huge marketplace offering thousands of apps to extend functionality and the interface is genuinely user-friendly.
Cons
Personally I find Salesforce can be quite pricey which may make it unaffordable or hard to justify for some users.

Although the price feels high and the initial setup is fairly complicated, I have found the support team to be excellent so I haven't experienced any real issues because of that.

“User-friendly, connects to social
Pros
The software is very user friendly and easy to use. Plus it hooks up well with social media and the other marketing platforms I use. The reporting and analytics are powerful and helpful too.
Cons
My first time using Salesforce was back when I worked at international call centers and it was an absolutely indispensable tool for that environment. Since moving to a small business, I have found that the majority of its features aren't relevant to our needs and the price feels disproportionately high compared to what we can realistically use and benefit from.

For my small business, it tends to be costly particularly when additional modules are required and I have found the learning curve quite steep for newcomers.
