Pros
Not only is it easy to use but it effectively takes care of customer retention on our behalf. The automated email campaigns have produced a large number of new invoices.
Cons
For this particular project, I feel that two-factor authentication is a bit excessive and unnecessary for our needs.

Cons

Our team swapped out Salesloft for the Sales Engagement plug-in and I have found it to be a fantastic upgrade. Overall it's been working really well for us.
Cons
When my emails bounce I receive an error that is tricky to deal with and I find there isn't a simple workaround inside Sales Engagement when that happens which can be frustrating.
