Email campaigns bring new invoices

Pros

Not only is it easy to use but it effectively takes care of customer retention on our behalf. The automated email campaigns have produced a large number of new invoices.

Cons

For this particular project, I feel that two-factor authentication is a bit excessive and unnecessary for our needs.

Tech friendly for beginners too

Cons

Overall it is an all in- ne solution for managing the entire sales process, handling everything from lead tracking to deal closure with a single platform.

Cons

Works great for large teams

Pros

As part of a large team, I really appreciate how convenient it is and how well it works across many users making collaboration and coordination much smoother.

Cons

I found the learning curve to be pretty steep and several processes take quite a bit of time to master before I felt comfortable using everything.

sales engagement upgrade paid off

Pros

Our team swapped out Salesloft for the Sales Engagement plug-in and I have found it to be a fantastic upgrade. Overall it's been working really well for us.

Cons

When my emails bounce I receive an error that is tricky to deal with and I find there isn't a simple workaround inside Sales Engagement when that happens which can be frustrating.

When I am using it, I can keep an eye on our contacts and the emails we've sent and I can also see exactly what stage the company is at in finalizing an account.
