Pros
The reporting across accounts, contacts and leads are my top fav. The history is clearly organized such as things like opportunity stages and owners are easy to track. Case management is also the best.
Cons

“Tracks projects, guides design work
Pros
As a graphic designer, I find it provides strong CRM features that let me monitor client conversations and project histories which really helps keep communication clear throughout design work. Having leads, opportunities and all customer details housed together makes it much simpler for me to customize design solutions to each client's requirements.
Cons
For me the platform can feel pretty overwhelming because it prioritizes sales workflows and client relationship management over features tailored to creative or design-specific tasks.
