Workflows that just make sense

Pros

Salesforce is user friendly and built around common-sense workflows that just make sense to me.

Cons

Occasionally when I send emails through it I run into attachment or formatting glitches. Though they're rare but they do occur.

one platform, endless connections

Pros

For me it's a single, all-in-one platform loaded with tons of options and great connectivity across tools.

Cons

I find it expensive for a small business and it's overloaded with options that make more sense for medium to large businesses than for smaller ones.

Flexible records, productive anywhere

Pros

As per me the best thing about Salesforce is how easy it is to tailor to our company's needs. It makes keeping customer records and managing opportunities flexible and uncomplicated. On top of that, it provides fast and reliable reporting so I can monitor results and make decisions without hassle. The way it connects with other systems and the handy mobile app means our sales reps can be productive from practically anywhere.

Cons

For me the biggest downside of Salesforce is that it can be pretty daunting at the beginning. There are so many tools and settings that it takes a while to get up to speed and feel comfortable using everything. The customization capabilities are great but sometimes they demand technical know-how or additional help from a developer when you need something highly specific. It's a powerful platform yet the initial learning curve and the setup effort can be tough for newcomers or small teams that don't have extensive IT support.

Deep customization options

Pros

One thing I really appreciate about Salesforce is how extensive the customization settings are and how smoothly it connects with other apps, letting me shape the system around my company's needs. Its clean interface and live data reporting also make it easier for me to simplify processes and boost my team's efficiency day to day.

Cons

Personally I find the biggest downside of Salesforce is the initial learning curve and complexity when you're getting everything configured especially with all the customization possibilities. On top of that some capabilities seem expensive and several advanced tools are sold as extra add-ons which can drive up the overall price for my setup.

organizes relationships across teams

Pros

From my experience, Salesforce is an excellent CRM platform that allows medium to large corporations to more easily organize and manage their customer relationships across teams.

Cons

I find it quite costly to implement so I wouldn't advise small businesses to adopt it unless they have a substantial budget.

Plugins handle any task

Pros

Salesforce Engage Softwares ability to be customized is its best feature since a wide range of plugins and external tools can be connected to handle nearly any task. Its dashboards and reporting keep all my important data consolidated in one spot.

Cons

My team and I have found that filters are the biggest headache as they are tricky to set up. The design is not great too in some areas. Getting started takes a lot of learning which is important if you want a smooth rollout. The heavy customization makes it complicated as you really need someone experienced on the team to manage it.

Pros

The software offers a complete cloud-based experience that makes accessing CRM data simple and easy.

Cons

Every so often the platform is slow to respond though I suspect the slowdown might actually be caused by my own computer.

Pros

In my experience Salesforce offers a full set of tools and capabilities that really empower our sales people, boost operational efficiency and help grow revenue. Its scalability and adaptable architecture mean it fits companies of every size across various industries.

Cons

Essential for scaling sales teams

Pros

For me is absolutely indispensable for any sales team aiming to scale up efficiently and grow their operations successfully.

Cons

I have found the product easy to pick up but it truly shines when you have a dedicated Salesforce admin on your team so I recommend having that person hired already.

Handles sales, tasks and more

Pros

Salesforce is highly flexible as it handles everything from sales tracking and management to task lists and assigning to-dos so it really works as an all-in-one platform. I appreciate that it's not limited to a single purpose. I can apply it across multiple stages of our pipeline.

Cons

Since it includes so many features and modules, it did take me a little while to learn everything because there is a lot available to explore but I was pleasantly surprised that my part-time retail staff picked it up very quickly despite having limited time and attention so overall it's user-friendly though getting to all the functionality does require some patience.
