“Amazing for tracking business opportunities
Pros
The ability to efficiently track our business opportunities from the first point of contact all the way through to signing the deal and onboarding the client is something amazing.
Cons
In my opinion the layout is clearly outdated and unpleasant to use and it is the major downside of this otherwise great platform.

Pros
It makes handling customer problems very easy. Plus I love that it keeps all client information in one place, so I do not have to search for old chats or emails. The main screen shows me everything that is happening right now and I can easily set reminders for myself to follow up later.
Cons
I found it confusing when I first started. As there are so many features that it takes significant time to learn how everything functions.

Pros
Everything is centralized from contacts to opportunities and even reports. Also it is highly customizable and integrates perfectly with the broader Salesforce ecosystem.
Cons
The setup is long and not always simple without proper training. The cost can also increase quickly when we add advanced options.

It is an incredibly powerful product that can be customized extensively to fit our company's specific requirements. Though there is a learning period but once it is configured, it gives me, as an account manager excellent control over my territory.
Cons
At times it can be slow and awkward to use particularly when administrative changes add extra steps to every process within the system.

Pros
It is quite powerful for follow-ups, tracking and managing deals but I often find myself with too many browser tabs open and having to click through too many screens for simple tasks.
Cons
umm i feel like the updates are not very fast. When I change a deal's stage, it does not show up right away. Also I wish there were more keyboard shortcuts to speed things up.

Pros
The Salesforce system at my job had a caller ID feature. It felt much more advanced than the sales tools I have used at other companies.
Cons
It does not smartly pull in contact details. I feel like it should automatically figure out which company or contact a new lead is associated with.

Pros
It is the best CRM I have worked with. It is user friendly with excellent reporting and seamless integration with all our other software like HubSpot and Chargebee.
Cons
To be honest it is hard to find a real flaw since it works better than any other system I have tried. Also I guess the design could be more modern but it gets the job done.

When configured correctly, it is a powerhouse. As we can monitor every step from the initial call to closing the deal and post-sale follow-up. The automation for reminders and status updates is a huge time-saver too.
Cons
The dashboard is decent but not very adaptable. We mostly have to work with the pre-built options. I even tried to customize it for my own key numbers but the process was not very smooth.

One thing I love is that I could customize my accounts, contacts and reports. Building my sales pipeline and moving opportunities between stages was a very simple process.
Cons
It is not easy to figure out how to use all the features to their full potential. It required a lot of time and experimentation to master the extensive toolset.

The analytics in it pull valuable insights from our sales data, guiding us on how to improve future performance. Plus its reporting tools give us a transparent view of all our sales efforts. We use its sophisticated AI to sort and prioritize leads so we concentrate only on the most promising ones. The communication features also help us maintain clear and consistent contact with customers throughout the entire sales cycle.
Cons
It took a little while to learn but I got the hang of it quickly. Other than that I have not found anything to dislike.

What I like most is being able to pull up all my client details and sales information from either my computer or my phone to monitor opportunities and track lead development.
Cons
