Pros
It offers a vast number of features for a customer database management system.
Cons
I find it very complex, not very user-friendly. Also creating dashboards and cross-referencing data is still difficult and time-consuming to set up. The phone app connection is also unreliable.

There is a massive amount of information and if we do not use good filters, it's easy to get overwhelmed and lost.

Cons

This system lets us set up a sales process that fits our business perfectly. Also it keeps all our customer information in one place, so we can easily see their history and track everything. And it automatically handles routine jobs like sending emails and assigning new leads which frees up your sales team to focus on selling. You can even see how your sales are doing at any moment, find new opportunities and change plans quickly. Plus the mobile app has all the same features, so your team can work from anywhere. You can also easily connect it with other apps you use to make it even more powerful.
Cons
It is tough for new users to get started especially without proper guidance or training. While it is highly customizable, some advanced setups require an administrator or developer which can delay implementation. Even with the Lightning Experience updates, I still find parts of the interface cluttered and not very basic.

Pros
Salesforce is a powerful platform once we get the hang of it. Plus it offers a huge range of functions and integrates with many other products, opening up a lot of possibilities.
Cons
My main issue is that it is hard to train our staff on it which means they are often reluctant to use it or don't use it properly.

It is the most suitable CRM for a good salesperson. The ease of use is truly impressive and it helps us perfectly organize all the tasks needed for every type of lead.
Cons

I love that you can link every customer interaction like emails, chat logs and call records directly to a contact, deal or company profile. This makes all communication visible to the whole team. Also storing sales and marketing documents in one place eliminates hidden files or random notes. Defining our own workflows within Salesforce has also helped get everyone from veterans to new hires on the same page.
Cons
The initial setup cost is quite high which has prevented us from buying more of their products.
