Multi-purpose tool for business management

Pros

I would say it is a multi-purpose tool that lets us manage the commercial side of the business and monitor performance.

Cons

The loading times are very often slow especially on computers running Windows 10 and 11.

convenient and powerful

Pros

One thing I love is that I can log in from anywhere, at any time, on my computer or phone. Also it is a great way to check the status of my team's accounts and understand the current situation.

Cons

It is not a cheap solution, requires significant setup to be truly useful and some features are overly complex.

Excellent oversight from start to finish

Pros

Salesforce allows me to track my prospects all the way from initial contact to final signature. Overall it provides excellent oversight from start to finish.

Cons

I do not have any complaints at the moment. In my opinion the tool is comprehensive and even has a focus on environmental responsibility.

a bit dificult system for daily tasks

Pros

My favorite thing about it is the complete overview it gives me of my sales pipeline. I can monitor every lead, customer interaction and deal stage in a single location which is essential in a fast-moving sales job. Custom reports and dashboards help me concentrate on the most important numbers and manage my follow-ups effectively.

Cons

One of the least favorite part of me is how difficult it can feel for daily tasks. Simple actions like updating a deal or logging a call often require too many clicks. And if your organization has not set it up properly, it can be difficult to find what you are looking for.

All active leads organized in one spot

Pros

Having all my active leads organized in one spot is simply the best and the way Salesforce smoothly connects with my other systems makes everything so much simpler.

Cons

I have not come across any significant downsides. It is a vast platform, so yes there is a learning curve at the beginning but it's definitely worth the effort.

wonderful but too expensive tool

Pros

It handles all its functions wonderfully. Also it is very practical and works seamlessly with other software though I wish it was not so expensive.

Cons

The cost is too steep. So yes I would really like more affordable plans for teams. Plus the reporting tools could also be simplified.

Pros

I really like how I can customize the dashboard to see all my key metrics. Also it is very user-friendly and having quick access to knowledge bases and other sections makes managing common questions a simple task.

Cons

Sometimes the search function returns so many results that the page freezes and we have to wait before getting a message to try our search again.

Perfect for managing a diverse community

Pros

Salesforce was perfect for managing our diverse community at the nonprofit where I worked. We had many different types of stakeholders so being able to sort them into the right categories was essential.

Cons

We struggled to connect it with our other software like Mailchimp for email campaigns. Syncing profile updates from it to Mailchimp was a constant challenge too. And as a nonprofit not using it for direct sales, some features just did not fit our needs.

It organizes information in a useful way, letting AI generate reports based on almost any data point we can think of.

Cons

I feel like it can be tricky for a regular user to set up reports correctly with all the right settings. The interface can also feel finicky and there is not much help available.
