“efficient all-in-one service management
Pros
Having all our services managed within SAP is incredibly efficient. We handle everything from supplier logistics and deliveries to contract accounting and finance smoothly through one system.
Cons
Code-heavy transactions sometimes slow the system down and the interfaces for connecting to other SAP systems are not great either.

Pros
I have used SAP CRM for a long time and it remains one of the top solutions available. The support is also excellent.
Cons
Because of the high monthly fees I eventually switched to another solution.

“relatively simple crm for sap companies
Pros
While configuring SAP can be complex, the CRM module is relatively simple. Also its web interface is user-friendly and I would highly recommend it for companies already using SAP.
Cons
Making changes to a live system is both risky and challenging. It is somewhat easier if you have strong programming and web interface skills.

“The best exporting and reporting tools
Pros
SAP exporting and reporting tools were the best for analyzing my teams performance trends and identifying patterns.
Cons
Small differences between the CRM and other SAP products can cause minor problems when uploading data. As they all look and feel similar which makes them easy to learn at first but their unique quirks frustrates me a bit later on.
