Cons

A powerful but unnecessarily complicated system

Pros

SAP is an incredibly powerful and reliable engine for running complex business operations, especially for critical functions like supply chain and logistics where its stability is essential

Cons

Unfortunately, that power comes at the cost of usability. For the average user's daily tasks, it feels unnecessarily complicated and clunky. In short it gets the job done but it's certainly not a user-friendly or intuitive system to work with.

Pros

It is great how easily our customers can get in touch with us for orders, sales support and general service requests.

Cons

The system feels a bit dated especially when compared to the sales order features in other platforms. Also I feel like the data entry process could be much simpler.

An excellent tool after a learning curve

Pros

There is a bit of a learning curve but once we got the hang of it, it became an excellent tool for managing customer service and data.

Cons

Well there is a noticeable learning curve that can be frustrating. I have also been told several times that people outside our company have trouble interfacing with it.
