Pros
I use Silvertool CRM as our all in one solution to create a fully customized internal CRM customized specifically for our needs.
Cons
I've noticed that when I reach out for help, the support team doesn't always reply quickly. I'd appreciate faster responses especially when I'm stuck mid task.

Pros
I'm able to constantly track customer revenue, share information with all colleagues and follow up on complaints easily.
Cons
It would be nice if we weren't limited on the number of points when using the Google Maps feature in the company section. I use that quite a bit and I find difficulty in the middle of a task when it hits the maximum limit.

One thing that stands out for me is how fluid the navigation feels and how clearly I can view company profiles, it helps me work faster.
Cons
Exporting files has been frustrating. I often spend more time than I should just trying to figure out the right way to get the data out.

Pros
We found most of the software's sections easy to use and it allows us to manage a wide variety of daily business tasks smoothly thanks to its diverse features.
Cons
I think the marketing campaign feature isn't very user friendly. It feels a bit clunky. Also, having a mobile app would be super useful when I'm on the move or just want to check something on my phone.

Cons
A lot of fixes are needed when I use it outside of France. Things don't work the same and that's been a bit of a struggle for me.

I feel that the software takes a very functional approach, one that really aligns with what I need, it's more easy to use and user centered.
Cons
The memo or note taking tools are sometimes tricky to use. Email integration and syncing with Outlook also feels a bit too heavy and not smooth.
